[Abstract]:With the increasing popularity of various network means such as WeChat, Weibo and QQ, the influence of public opinion has become more prominent and has played a role in social supervision. However, the phenomenon of "public opinion trial" has even influenced the judicial trial. Public opinion is not a substitute for the law. How to guide and make good use of public opinion is worth pondering by people in the media. A good atmosphere of public opinion can help the judicial trial. In the recent case of Yu Huan's "murder of a humiliating Mother," the supervision of public opinion has played a huge role in promoting it. In April 14th 2016, Su Yinxia, head of industry and trade at Shandong Yuanyuan University, was unable to pay for it.
