小組社會(huì)工作介入流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感研究

【摘要】:自我效能作為個(gè)體的一種內(nèi)在信念,對(duì)于個(gè)體的成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展的意義重大,特別是童年時(shí)期。然而,相關(guān)調(diào)查研究表明城市流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感要較其他城市兒童要低很多,學(xué)校和家長(zhǎng)對(duì)流動(dòng)兒童的心理健康關(guān)注度往往也很低,這對(duì)流動(dòng)兒童自身來說很不公平。本研究,筆者選取太原市某就工業(yè)區(qū)的流動(dòng)兒童為服務(wù)對(duì)象。運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查、訪談、實(shí)地觀察的方法選取了9名流動(dòng)兒童作為研究對(duì)象。在明確研究對(duì)象需求的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用小組社會(huì)工作的介入方法針對(duì)流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感開展了理論與實(shí)務(wù)上的研究與探索,旨在結(jié)合自我效能理論運(yùn)用小組社會(huì)工作的方法,探究提升流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感的途徑與方法,為后者開展流動(dòng)兒童的教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)提供理論與實(shí)踐上的參考。小組結(jié)束后,筆者對(duì)小組進(jìn)行了過程評(píng)估與效果評(píng)估,結(jié)果顯示9為組員的自我效能感在一定程度上均有提升。筆者通過整理得出:要提升流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感可以從實(shí)施恰當(dāng)?shù)莫?jiǎng)勵(lì),引導(dǎo)流動(dòng)兒童兒童常常為自己設(shè)立目標(biāo),為流動(dòng)兒童樹立好榜樣,參加社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),進(jìn)行詩歌教育等幾方面努力。本研究運(yùn)用小組社會(huì)工作的方法,探索如何提升流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感,以及探討如何將自我效能的相關(guān)理論與小組實(shí)踐相結(jié)合。最后得出以下結(jié)論:1.小組社會(huì)工作對(duì)流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感的提升具備良好的增進(jìn)效果。2.小組活社會(huì)工作介入流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感的提升具有局限性。3.自我效能理論對(duì)提升流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。4.提升流動(dòng)兒童自我效能感的方法與途徑,對(duì)于學(xué)校教育工作以及兒童家庭教育都具有相關(guān)借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Self-efficacy, as an internal belief of individuals, is of great significance to the growth and development of individuals, especially in childhood. Related research shows that the self-efficacy of migrant children in urban areas is much lower than that of other urban children, and the mental health care of migrant children in schools and parents is often very low. This is unfair to the migrant children themselves. In this study, the author selected a migrant children in the industrial zone of Taiyuan as the service object. The use of questionnaires, interviews. The field observation method selected 9 floating children as the research object. This paper uses the intervention method of group social work to study and explore the self-efficacy of floating children in theory and practice in order to apply the method of group social work in combination with self-efficacy theory. Explore the ways and methods to improve the self-efficacy of floating children, and provide theoretical and practical reference for the latter to carry out the educational practice of migrant children. The author has carried on the process appraisal and the effect appraisal to the group. The results showed that the self-efficacy of 9 group members were improved to a certain extent. The author concluded that to improve the self-efficacy of floating children can be from the implementation of appropriate rewards. Migrant children often set goals for themselves, set a good example for migrant children, participate in social practice activities, and carry out poetry education. To explore how to improve the self-efficacy of migrant children. It also discusses how to combine the theory of self-efficacy with group practice. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn:. 1. Group social work has a good effect on improving self-efficacy of floating children .2. Group living social work is involved in the improvement of self-efficacy of floating children. Self-efficacy of floating children has a strong practical significance. 4. Ways and means to improve self-efficacy of floating children. For the school education work and children's family education have relevant reference significance.
