【摘要】：正伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)30多年的高速增長,中國城市化也經(jīng)歷了一個起點(diǎn)低、速度快的發(fā)展過程。然則權(quán)力支配、利益驅(qū)動、思維定勢之下的城市開發(fā),成就斐然,問題亦不絕,諸如城市蔓延所致農(nóng)地大量被侵、環(huán)境瓶頸頻現(xiàn)。不僅如此,在新型城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)與"十三五"背景下,中國城市正在經(jīng)受雙重拷問:一方是土地消耗遠(yuǎn)超過人口進(jìn)城的"假性城市化",一方是遭遇人口收縮新態(tài)的"規(guī)劃森林"。中國城市開發(fā),
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of more than 30 years, China's urbanization has also experienced a low starting point, rapid development process, but power control, interest driven, under the fixed thinking of urban development, the achievements have been remarkable.
