【摘要】：近年來，情緒管理這一話題已越來越引起社會(huì)各界的普遍關(guān)注。單親家庭的兒童由于家庭體驗(yàn)的受挫，情感脆弱，更容易產(chǎn)生不良情緒。本文試圖將社會(huì)工作理論研究和實(shí)務(wù)相結(jié)合，從社會(huì)工作的視角介入單親家庭兒童情緒管理能力的培養(yǎng)和提升。首先，，筆者對(duì)服務(wù)對(duì)象情緒發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了解，掌握不良情緒的表現(xiàn)和原因，并對(duì)服務(wù)對(duì)象情緒管理的需求進(jìn)行了預(yù)估。其次，筆者運(yùn)用小組社會(huì)工作的方法，策劃、組織并實(shí)施具體的社會(huì)工作介入服務(wù)。最后，評(píng)估了社會(huì)工作介入服務(wù)的成效，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)得失。實(shí)踐證明，在社會(huì)工作“助人自助”的服務(wù)理念下，運(yùn)用適當(dāng)?shù)纳鐣?huì)工作方法，社會(huì)工作者能夠有效地幫助單親家庭兒童培養(yǎng)和提升情緒管理能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the topic of emotional management has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Children in single-parent families are emotionally vulnerable because of the frustration of their family experience. This paper attempts to combine the theoretical research of social work with the practice, from the perspective of social work, to intervene in the cultivation and improvement of children's emotional management ability in single-parent families. The author understood the emotional development of service objects, grasped the performance and reasons of bad emotions, and estimated the needs of emotional management of service objects. Secondly, the author used the method of group social work, planning. Organization and implementation of specific social work intervention services. Finally, evaluate the effectiveness of social work intervention services, summed up experience gains and losses. Practice has proved, in the social work "help others self-help" service concept. Using appropriate social work methods, social workers can effectively help single-parent children to develop and improve their emotional management ability.
