【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展趨勢,各國之間的跨國人口移動日益頻繁。20世紀80年代開始,在改革開放的春風下,我國朝鮮族的人口也在不斷地進行移動,他們向沿海城市遷移的同時,也選擇了以歷史上屬于同宗同源的韓國作為移入國。尤其是中韓建交以后,赴韓朝鮮族的人數(shù)急劇增加,截止到2012年12月31日,在韓朝鮮族的人數(shù)已達45萬人之多,成為了在韓國的眾多外國人當中,所占人數(shù)最多的群體之一。因此,朝鮮族在韓國社會的跨文化適應(yīng)問題日益受到韓國和中國的一些研究者們的關(guān)注。 國內(nèi)的學術(shù)界雖然對跨文化群體進行了各方面的研究,并認為社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)對跨文化群體的文化適應(yīng)有很大的影響,但是研究朝鮮族的相關(guān)論著卻很少,主要是以少數(shù)民族在漢族地區(qū)的跨文化適應(yīng)為主,如朝鮮族青年在北京望京地區(qū)的跨文化適應(yīng),朝鮮族大學生在異地的跨文化適應(yīng)等等。國內(nèi)的學者很少以在韓朝鮮族作為研究對象進行研究,更多的是以在外華人或者在華外國人作為研究對象,針對在韓朝鮮族某一具體特定個體進行研究的幾乎處于空白狀態(tài)。因此,通過本研究不僅能了解在韓朝鮮族的跨文化適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀,而且對今后我國少數(shù)民族的跨地區(qū)文化適應(yīng)的研究也具有一定的參考意義。同時也為朝鮮族的日后發(fā)展和提高跨文化適應(yīng)能力方面提供幫助。 本研究以在韓朝鮮族個體ZXX為研究對象,采用文獻研究法和個案研究法,以及以往的具體研究成果為基礎(chǔ),對跨文化的個體與宏觀群體、微觀個體之間的的關(guān)系進行敘述,并且探討在韓朝鮮族個體如何在新的文化場景中不斷選擇和調(diào)整自身行為的過程,從而考察了在韓朝鮮族的跨文化適應(yīng)狀況,以及社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)對其跨文化適應(yīng)的影響等等。 本文由以下幾個部分構(gòu)成。 本文第一章是導言部分,主要闡明了本課題的研究背景和意義,并進行文獻回顧,介紹本研究的研究對象和研究方法,在此基礎(chǔ)上找出突破口,進行本課題的研究。 本文第二章是在韓朝鮮族的跨文化適應(yīng)部分,為理清跨文化群體的文化適應(yīng)問題,本論文先介紹跨文化適應(yīng)的含義,以及影響跨文化適應(yīng)的影響因素等,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從心理適應(yīng)和社會文化適應(yīng)兩個方面展開研究在韓朝鮮族的跨文化適應(yīng)狀況。 本文第三章是在韓朝鮮族的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)與跨文化適應(yīng)部分。在費孝通“差序格局”理論的基礎(chǔ)上,將ZXX在韓國的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)劃分為親屬關(guān)系網(wǎng)、義務(wù)關(guān)系網(wǎng)和私人關(guān)系網(wǎng),并考察了在這種社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系下所發(fā)展的在韓朝鮮族跨文化適應(yīng)的 狀況。 本文第四章主要是分析在韓朝鮮族社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點的基礎(chǔ)上,從積極和消極兩個不同層面探討了社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)對在韓朝鮮族跨文化適應(yīng)的影響。 本文第五章根據(jù)調(diào)查和分析結(jié)果,總結(jié)了整片文章的核心觀點,證實了前面所提到的假設(shè)性問題,并對此提出相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development trend of economic globalization, the transnational population movement between countries has become more and more frequent since 80s. Under the spring breeze of reform and opening up, the population of Korean nationality in our country is constantly moving. As they migrated to coastal cities, they also chose Korea, which belongs to the same origin in history, as the immigration country. Especially after the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea, the number of Korean people who went to Korea increased sharply. As of December 31st 2012, the number of Korean in Korea has reached 450,000 people, has become a large number of foreigners in South Korea, the largest number of groups. The cross-cultural adaptation of Korean ethnic group in Korean society has been paid more and more attention by some researchers in Korea and China. Although the domestic academic circles have carried on the research to the cross-cultural group in various aspects, and believed that the social network has the very big influence to the cross-cultural group's cultural adaptation, but studies the Korean nationality related works but few. It is mainly the cross-cultural adaptation of minority nationality in the Han nationality area, such as the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean youth in Wangjing area of Beijing. The cross-cultural adaptation of Korean college students in different places and so on. Domestic scholars seldom take Korean nationality as the research object, and more often take the overseas Chinese or foreigners in China as the research object. The research on a specific individual in Korean nationality is almost blank. Therefore, through this study, we can not only understand the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean nationality in Korea. It also has some reference significance for the study of cross-regional cultural adaptation of ethnic minorities in our country in the future. At the same time, it also provides help for the future development of Korean nationality and the improvement of cross-cultural adaptation ability. This research takes individual ZXX of Korean nationality as the research object, adopts the literature research method and the case study method, as well as the previous concrete research results as the foundation, the cross-cultural individual and the macroscopic group. The relationship between micro-individuals is described, and how the Korean individual in the new cultural scene in the process of continuous selection and adjustment of their own behavior, so as to investigate the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean in Korea. And the influence of social network on its cross-cultural adaptation and so on. This paper is composed of the following parts. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction part, mainly expounds the research background and significance of this topic, and carries on the literature review, introduces the research object and the research method of this research, and finds out the breakthrough on this basis. Carry on the research of this subject. The second chapter is in the Korean cross-cultural adaptation part, in order to clear up the cross-cultural group of cultural adaptation, this paper first introduces the meaning of cross-cultural adaptation, and the impact of cross-cultural adaptation factors and so on. On this basis, the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean nationality in Korea is studied from two aspects: psychological adaptation and sociocultural adaptation. The third chapter is the part of Korean social network and cross-cultural adaptation. On the basis of Fei Xiaotong's theory of "differential order pattern", the social network of ZXX in Korea is divided into kinship network. In this social network, the cross-cultural adaptation of Korean nationality in Korea has been investigated. State of affairs On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of Korean social network, this paper discusses the influence of social network on cross-cultural adaptation of Korean nationality in Korea from two different aspects: positive and negative. Based on the results of investigation and analysis, chapter 5th summarizes the core points of the whole article, confirms the hypothetical problems mentioned above, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
