【摘要】：生活在原生家庭內(nèi)的特殊兒童,給正常的家庭帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)和心理壓力,嚴(yán)重制約了家庭的生長和良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。特殊兒童家庭具有多方面需求,但是政府和社會往往以滿足患兒生理康復(fù)方面的需要為主,忽視了特殊兒童家長的需求。特殊兒童家長的需求主要包括物質(zhì)需求、心理支持需要和教育輔導(dǎo)需要,心理支持包括心理咨詢、社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建構(gòu)等,教育輔導(dǎo)包括康復(fù)醫(yī)療知識的學(xué)習(xí)、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和婚姻服務(wù)等。雖然特殊兒童家庭具有多種需要,但是由于有限的人力物力資源,傳統(tǒng)的以政府主導(dǎo)的福利機(jī)構(gòu)救助的模式已經(jīng)不能很好的為原生特殊兒童家庭帶來幫扶。社會工作作為一門助人的專業(yè),在針對特殊兒童家庭家庭的服務(wù)中有著不可比擬的優(yōu)越性,將社會工作的服務(wù)理念、專業(yè)知識、實務(wù)技能融入為特殊兒童家庭的服務(wù)中,將會起到較好的效果。目前社會上出現(xiàn)了一些以社工為主導(dǎo)的特殊兒童服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),它們以家庭服務(wù)為手段,滿足特殊兒童家庭的需求,筆者實習(xí)的“藍(lán)手杖”家長俱樂部就是社工主導(dǎo)的特殊兒童家庭服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)。筆者實習(xí)期間接觸到大量的特殊兒童家庭,通過與他們的交流了解到特殊兒童家庭的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的困境,經(jīng)濟(jì)資源的短缺、醫(yī)療康復(fù)知識的匱乏、長期照顧患兒產(chǎn)生的心理壓力、社會歧視等。這些問題長期積累,會嚴(yán)重影響到家庭成員的親密關(guān)系,惡略的成員關(guān)系易導(dǎo)致家庭破裂、甚至造成拋棄患兒的結(jié)果。本文將詳細(xì)介紹筆者在“藍(lán)手杖”家長俱樂部實習(xí)期間所做的一項小組活動——“特殊兒童家庭支持性小組”,將具有相似經(jīng)歷的家庭組織起來,運(yùn)用家庭社會工作的理論模式,通過五次小組活動,緩解家庭成員的關(guān)系緊張的問題,增強(qiáng)成員間的凝聚力。以期為社會工作介入特殊兒童家庭服務(wù)提供實務(wù)經(jīng)驗,討論社會工作介入特殊兒童家庭服務(wù)的成效與不足。
[Abstract]:The special children living in the original family bring huge economic burden and psychological pressure to the normal family, which seriously restrict the growth and benign operation of the family. However, the government and society tend to meet the physiological rehabilitation needs of children, ignoring the needs of parents of special children. The needs of parents of special children mainly include material needs. Psychological support needs and educational guidance needs, psychological support includes psychological counseling, social support network construction, educational counseling including rehabilitation and medical knowledge learning. Employment guidance and marriage services. Although families with special children have a variety of needs, but due to limited human and material resources. The traditional government-led welfare agency relief model has not been very good for the original special children's families to bring help. Social work as a professional to help others. There are incomparable advantages in the family services for special children, the service concept of social work, professional knowledge, practical skills into special children's family services. At present, there are some special children's service institutions, which take the family service as the means to meet the needs of the special children's families. The "blue cane" parents' club is a special children's family service organization led by social workers. During the practice, the author has come into contact with a large number of special children's families. Through the communication with them to understand the situation of special children's families and the difficulties they face, the shortage of economic resources, the lack of knowledge of medical rehabilitation, long-term care of children caused by psychological pressure. Social discrimination and so on. These problems accumulated for a long time, will seriously affect the close relationship of family members, bad membership will easily lead to family breakdown. This article will introduce in detail a group activity done by the author during the practice of "Blue cane" parents' club "Special Children's Family support Group". Families with similar experiences will be organized, using the theoretical model of family social work, through five group activities to alleviate the tension of family members. In order to provide practical experience for social work to intervene in special children's family service, and discuss the effectiveness and insufficiency of social work intervention in special children's family service.
