【摘要】：隨著老齡化社會的到來,老年人問題將會是一個越來越突出的社會問題。當前,作為從西方引進的為老年群體提供專業(yè)服務的老年社會工作以及中國特有的孝文化理念都在老齡化社會問題的解決中發(fā)揮著積極作用。但是,老年社會工作在我國的發(fā)展還只是起步階段,還遠遠不能滿足家庭與社會的需要。社會工作是一門以價值為主導的專業(yè),因此,在我國老年社會工作發(fā)展的初期就應該注重本土老年社會工作價值觀的構(gòu)建。只有本土的老年社會工作價值觀才能更好的指導老年社會工作的開展。孝文化本身蘊含有豐富的尊老內(nèi)容。因此,本文以孝文化為出發(fā)點,試圖探索其在老年社會工作價值觀中融入的可行性以及對老年社會工作產(chǎn)生的影響。 本文通過收集、分析老年社會工作價值觀本土化以及孝文化的文獻綜述,界定了孝文化與老年社會工作價值觀的概念,闡述了孝文化的發(fā)展脈絡及其基本內(nèi)容。并在此基礎探尋孝文化基本內(nèi)容：贍養(yǎng)父母、尊敬父母、順親無違、光親顯親、葬親祭親分別與老年社會工作價值觀體系的融合點。發(fā)現(xiàn)孝文化的基本內(nèi)容與老年社會工作價值體系中“對人的認識”的契合點很明確,而與“對社會的認識”的契合點則需要將孝文化的基本內(nèi)容推演至社會的尊老原則才能夠顯現(xiàn)出來。并且孝文化在與老年社會工作價值觀的融入中也表現(xiàn)出自己獨特的特點即重義務和尊老,而這些特點在指導我國老年社會工作實踐中有其獨特的優(yōu)勢,主要表現(xiàn)在對老年社會工作個案、小組以及社區(qū)的基本方法和實務影響方面。孝文化在老年社會工作價值觀中的融入,本質(zhì)是老年社會工作價值觀的本土化,目的在于更好的指導老年社會工作的實踐。因此,筆者最后為孝文化在老年社會工作中的融入提出了一些建議。首先要明確孝文化在老年社會工作中融入的前提是老年社會工作價值體系的構(gòu)建,然后才是孝文化在老年社會工作實踐中的融入。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of an aging society, the problem of the elderly will be a more and more prominent social problem. As an introduction from the West to provide professional services for the elderly social work and China's unique concept of filial piety all play a positive role in the solution of aging social problems. The development of social work for the elderly in our country is only the initial stage, it is far from meeting the needs of the family and society. Social work is a value-oriented profession, so it is still far from being able to meet the needs of the family and the society. In the early stage of the development of social work for the elderly in our country, we should pay attention to the construction of the local values of social work for the elderly. Only the local values of social work for the elderly can better guide the development of social work for the elderly. The filial piety culture itself. There is plenty of respect for the elderly. Based on the culture of filial piety, this paper attempts to explore the feasibility of its integration into the values of social work for the elderly and its influence on social work for the elderly. By collecting and analyzing the localization of social work values and the literature review of filial piety culture, this paper defines the concept of filial piety culture and social work values of the elderly. This paper expounds the development of filial piety culture and its basic content, and explores the basic content of filial piety culture on this basis: supporting parents, respecting parents, obeying relatives without violation, and showing affection. It is found that the basic content of filial piety culture and the "understanding of people" in the value system of social work for the elderly are very clear. And "understanding of Society" The basic content of filial piety culture should be extended to the principle of respecting the elderly in society. Moreover, filial piety culture also shows its own unique characteristics in the integration with the values of social work in the old age, that is, the emphasis on duty and obligation. Respect for the elderly. These characteristics have its unique advantages in guiding the practice of social work for the elderly in China, mainly in the case of social work for the elderly. The integration of filial piety culture in the values of social work of the elderly is essentially the localization of the values of social work of the elderly. The purpose is to better guide the practice of social work for the elderly. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions for the integration of filial piety culture in the social work of the elderly. First of all, it should be clear that the premise of the integration of filial piety culture in the social work of the elderly is the construction of the value system of the social work of the elderly. Then is the filial piety culture in the elderly social work practice integration.
