【摘要】：自我控制是一個人主觀能動性的表現(xiàn),是個人對自身的心理和行為的主動掌握。它對兒童的認(rèn)識及心理活動過程起著支配和調(diào)節(jié)的作用,因此自我控制能力不僅在兒童的心理發(fā)展過程中具有重要地位,而且對兒童未來的發(fā)展也起著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。由于城市留守兒童的父母單方或雙方長期在外務(wù)工,導(dǎo)致留守兒童只能由祖輩們代為撫養(yǎng),這種家庭結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的缺失使得城市留守兒童在成長期缺少了父母的陪伴與支持、約束與監(jiān)管,所以他們可能在日常生活中出現(xiàn)價值觀、行為等方面的偏差和困難,缺乏必要的自我約束和控制的能力。而良好的自我控制能力會幫助兒童培養(yǎng)堅強的意志品格,增強抵御外界各類誘惑的能力,同時使兒童學(xué)會有效的自我管理,懂得合理分配時間,糾正兒童的不良行為習(xí)慣、幫助他們塑造積極健康的生活方式。從而順利的度過成長期的種種困境,實現(xiàn)身心的健康發(fā)展。本文以“三區(qū)項目”進駐延邊朝鮮族自治州為當(dāng)?shù)亓羰貎和峁╉椖糠⻊?wù)為基礎(chǔ),通過前期對服務(wù)對象的探訪及觀察來了解服務(wù)對象在自我控制及行為習(xí)慣方面存在的矛盾和問題,并確立他們對小組達(dá)成目標(biāo)的期望以及想要獲得的改變。本次小組篩選了12名有較高同質(zhì)性的組員,有針對性的開展小組活動。小組共8節(jié),分別針對留守兒童不按時完成作業(yè)、容易分散注意力以及無法控制自身情緒設(shè)定具體目標(biāo)和小組活動,糾正兒童不良行為習(xí)慣的同時幫助他們提升守時、集中意志力,學(xué)會控制情緒等自我控制的能力。
[Abstract]:Self-control is the expression of one's subjective initiative, the active mastery of one's own psychology and behavior, and it dominates and adjusts the process of children's cognition and psychological activity. Therefore, self-control not only plays an important role in the process of children's psychological development, but also has a far-reaching impact on the future development of children. As a result, left-behind children can only be raised by their ancestors. This lack of family structure and function makes the urban left-behind children lack the support and support of their parents, constraints and supervision in the growing period. So they may have deviations and difficulties in their daily lives in terms of values, behavior, etc. Lack of necessary self-restraint and control. Good self-control will help children develop strong will character, enhance the ability to resist all kinds of external temptation, and enable children to learn effective self-management. To understand the reasonable allocation of time, correct children's bad behavior habits, help them to shape a positive and healthy lifestyle, so as to smoothly through the difficulties of growing up. To achieve the healthy development of the body and mind. This paper based on the "three districts project" stationed in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture to provide project services for local left-behind children. Through the early visits and observations to the service object to understand the service object in the self-control and behavior habits of the contradictions and problems. The team selected 12 group members with high homogeneity and targeted group activities. The group had 8 sections. For children left behind to finish their homework on time, it is easy to distraction and unable to control their emotions to set specific goals and group activities, to correct children's bad behavior habits while helping them to improve punctuality. Concentration of willpower, learn to control emotions and other self-control ability.
