【摘要】：隨著社會工作專業(yè)化及職業(yè)化進程的穩(wěn)步推進,社會工作者在殘疾人服務領域中提供大量專業(yè)性服務工作,在一定程度上對幫助殘疾人恢復自信、回歸社會起到了關鍵性的作用。作為本文的主要研究對象,智障服務機構的社會工作者服務于社會的弱勢群體,社會對他們的工作有認同、有爭議、也有思考。關注這個職業(yè)的工作者,對其職業(yè)幸福感的系統(tǒng)研究不僅有利于智障服務機構社會工作者隊伍的人才構建,更從整個宏觀層面促進社會工作人力資源開發(fā)與管理的戰(zhàn)略管理及本專業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。 筆者在進行了充分的前期資料搜集和整理的基礎上,對西安部分智障服務機構進行了細致的走訪和調研。在實踐過程中,對此類機構中的社會工作者進行了不同形式的訪談,通過走訪了解他們的工作環(huán)境、工作內容、工作的自我評價、工作的社會評價等方面內容并得出這樣的結論：影響智障服務機構社會工作者職業(yè)幸福感的因素主要有服務機構、社會支持以及工作動機三大方面,具體涉及機構狀況、福利待遇、團隊氛圍、家庭支持、社會認可、個人認知、需求及其他因素。本文通過分析以上因素如何影響智障服務機構社會工作者的職業(yè)幸福感并根據(jù)于此提出相關有效建議,以提高智障服務機構社會工作者職業(yè)幸福感,包括社會倡導平等看待殘疾人及其相關工作,加強對智障服務機構社會工作的政策支持,加強智障服務機構對提升社會工作者職業(yè)幸福感等措施,并從智障服務機構社會工作者自身出發(fā),提高自我,綜合各方面努力,提高智障服務機構社會工作者職業(yè)幸福感。
[Abstract]:With the steady progress of the professionalization and professionalization of social work, social workers provide a large number of professional services in the field of services for the disabled, to a certain extent, to help the disabled recover their self-confidence. Social return plays a key role. As the main research object of this paper, the social workers of the intellectual disability service institutions serve the vulnerable groups of society, the society has a recognition of their work, there is controversy. Pay attention to this profession workers, the systematic study of their occupational well-being is not only conducive to the intellectual disability service organizations social workers team of talent construction. To promote the strategic management of social work human resources development and management and the healthy development of the profession from the macro level. On the basis of sufficient data collection and collation, the author made a detailed visit and investigation to some service institutions for the mentally handicapped in Xi'an. In the process of practice. Different forms of interviews were conducted with social workers in such institutions to learn about their working environment, work content and self-evaluation of their work. Social evaluation of work and other aspects of the content and draw such a conclusion: the main factors affecting the social well-being of social workers in service institutions for the intellectual disability are service agencies, social support and work motivation. Specifically related to institutional status, welfare, team atmosphere, family support, social recognition, personal awareness. Demand and other factors. This paper analyzes how the above factors affect the social workers' occupational well-being and puts forward some effective suggestions. To improve the social workers' occupational well-being in the institution of intellectual disability, including social advocacy for equal treatment of persons with disabilities and their related work, and to strengthen policy support for the social work of services for the mentally handicapped. Strengthen the mental disability service institutions to enhance social workers' occupational well-being and other measures, and from the mental disability service organization social workers themselves, improve themselves, comprehensive efforts in all aspects. To improve the social workers' occupational well-being in the service institutions for mental retardation.
