【摘要】：殘疾人作為社會(huì)弱勢(shì)群體的一部分,由于自身生理缺陷和社會(huì)歧視現(xiàn)象的存在,在物質(zhì)和精神上遇到巨大困難。中國(guó)目前有殘疾人約8300萬(wàn),長(zhǎng)期處于經(jīng)濟(jì)和精神雙重壓力下對(duì)殘疾人自身發(fā)展和社會(huì)發(fā)展都有負(fù)面作用。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),在現(xiàn)代化和商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的雙重作用下,人們生活水平的提高和對(duì)殘疾人社會(huì)認(rèn)知的加強(qiáng),因而對(duì)殘疾人群體日益關(guān)注,研究他們的生活狀態(tài)和受歧視現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)關(guān)愛(ài)殘疾人的呼聲,減輕社會(huì)排斥和歧視,從而樹(shù)立“平等、參與、共享”的新殘疾人觀(guān)的樹(shù)立是有必要。 本文試圖結(jié)合宏觀(guān)與微觀(guān),既注重政府與社會(huì)對(duì)反殘疾人歧視的宏觀(guān)掌控,也從家庭和殘疾人自身的微觀(guān)作用去探究反殘疾人歧視的策略。反殘疾人歧視需要政府、社會(huì)、家庭和個(gè)人集體努力下才能得到重視和解決,反殘疾人歧視不是個(gè)人行為而是全社會(huì)行動(dòng),有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)和諧。 通過(guò)對(duì)南京市兩家殘疾人托養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)的調(diào)查,了解了殘疾人、殘疾人家屬、社會(huì)群體三個(gè)層次對(duì)于殘疾人受歧視現(xiàn)狀和態(tài)度,從而進(jìn)一步探討反殘疾人歧視策略。本文反歧視策略主要運(yùn)用社會(huì)建構(gòu)理論和社會(huì)支持理論從政府、社會(huì)、家庭、個(gè)人四個(gè)層面提出方案,政府制度托底、社會(huì)服務(wù)支撐、家庭關(guān)懷照顧、殘疾人自我、反歧視環(huán)境和意識(shí)的支持性建構(gòu)。反殘疾人歧視是長(zhǎng)期過(guò)程,需要集體努力才能取得實(shí)效,本文致力于反殘疾人歧視策略研究,希望從多角度幫助減輕殘疾人歧視,為殘疾人健康發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The disabled as a part of social vulnerable groups, due to their physical defects and social discrimination phenomenon, encountered enormous difficulties in material and spirit. China currently has about 83 million disabled people, in the long-term economic and spiritual development under the double pressure of the physically disabled and social development have a negative effect. Since the reform and opening up, in the dual role the modernization and the commodity economy, people's living standards improve and strengthen the disabled social cognition, the disabled population growing concern, research and discrimination of the status of their state of life, love the disabled through the pass voice, reduce the social exclusion and discrimination, to establish "equality, participation, establish a new concept of disabled sharing" it is necessary.
This paper attempts to combine macro and micro, pay attention to the government and society of anti discrimination disabled macro control, from the micro function of family and persons with disabilities themselves to explore anti disability discrimination strategy. Anti discrimination disabled need government, society, family and individual collective efforts to get attention and solve, anti disability discrimination is not individual behavior but the whole social action, is conducive to the realization of social harmony.
Through the investigation of care care institutions in Nanjing city about the two disabled, disabled, disabled families, social groups and three levels for the disabled discrimination status and attitude, in order to further explore the anti discrimination strategy. The disabled anti discrimination strategies mainly use the social constructivism theory and the theory of social support from the government, society, family, scheme four the individual level, the system of government backing, social service support, family care for the disabled, self support, construction of anti discrimination awareness of the environment and the disabled. Anti discrimination is a long process, need the collective efforts to achieve tangible results, this paper is devoted to the anti discrimination strategy of the disabled, hope from multiple perspectives help reduce disability discrimination, contribute to the healthy development of the disabled.
