【摘要】：伴隨著中國社會(huì)的深刻變革，中國家庭在結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、觀念等方面發(fā)生了深刻的變化。核心家庭的大量出現(xiàn)、獨(dú)生子女政策的推行、離婚率的升高、家庭沖突的增多、青少年問題的突現(xiàn)等促使人們?cè)絹碓疥P(guān)注中國的家庭問題。在這樣的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景和現(xiàn)實(shí)需求下，社會(huì)工作者采取什么樣的方法來解決各類家庭問題，滿足中國家庭對(duì)專業(yè)家庭服務(wù)的多元化需求就顯得尤為迫切和重要。家庭治療將個(gè)體的問題置于整個(gè)家庭系統(tǒng)中來解決，不僅僅致力于解決表面的個(gè)人問題，更側(cè)重于家庭成員間互動(dòng)關(guān)系的調(diào)整和良性溝通模式的建立。家庭治療為解決家庭問題開辟了一個(gè)新視角，為有效地解決人們?cè)诂F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中所遇到的家庭沖突、人際關(guān)系困擾提供了更多可選擇的方法和手段。 家庭治療在中國的興起和發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和理論基礎(chǔ)。家庭治療雖然植根于西方文化，但在中國社會(huì)文化環(huán)境下也顯示出了強(qiáng)大的適應(yīng)力。家庭治療一方面回應(yīng)了社會(huì)劇烈變革時(shí)期日益凸顯的家庭問題。另一方面，家庭治療理念與中國傳統(tǒng)文化之間存在契合性。此外，國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于家庭、家庭治療的理論研究和實(shí)證研究也為家庭治療在中國的發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。還有中國社會(huì)工作的蓬勃發(fā)展也為家庭治療在中國的發(fā)展提供契機(jī)。 本文立足于中國社會(huì)文化背景，利用文獻(xiàn)法對(duì)國內(nèi)家庭治療研究進(jìn)行梳理和分析，并引證親子關(guān)系與夫妻關(guān)系對(duì)于家庭的顯著影響。運(yùn)用薩提亞家庭治療和結(jié)構(gòu)家庭治療方法對(duì)案主及其家庭進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)，關(guān)注治療過程和對(duì)治療中遇到的阻抗的處理，并對(duì)兩種應(yīng)用實(shí)踐進(jìn)行比較和總結(jié)。 研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：（1）不管是運(yùn)用薩提亞家庭治療進(jìn)行團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)，還是運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)派家庭治療進(jìn)行家庭輔導(dǎo)，都對(duì)案主及其家庭產(chǎn)生了積極影響。（2）在面對(duì)問題家庭提供家庭治療服務(wù)時(shí)，社會(huì)工作者注意保持文化的敏銳性，避免陷入“專業(yè)”、“專家”的誤區(qū)，多挖掘家庭問題的本土處理手法。（3）在家庭治療過程中引入游戲治療元素，有助于弱化案主及其家庭對(duì)家庭治療的阻抗。（4）小宏的個(gè)案研究證明，在對(duì)治療敏感的情況下，將家庭治療理念引入團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)中比單獨(dú)針對(duì)整個(gè)家庭的治療更具有可行性和有效性。（5）社會(huì)工作者在開展服務(wù)中，注意家庭系統(tǒng)與外部系統(tǒng)之間的聯(lián)結(jié)，，進(jìn)一步鞏固家庭治療的效果。為家庭引入學(xué)校、社區(qū)、社會(huì)資源，完善家庭的外部支持系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in Chinese society, Chinese families have undergone profound changes in structure, function, concept, etc. The emergence of a large number of nuclear families, the implementation of the one-child policy, and the rise of divorce rate. With the increase of family conflicts and the emergence of youth problems, people pay more and more attention to the family problems in China. What methods social workers take to solve various family problems. It is particularly urgent and important to meet the diversified needs of Chinese families for professional family services. Family therapy puts individual problems in the whole family system to solve, not only to solve superficial personal problems. More emphasis is placed on the adjustment of the interaction between family members and the establishment of a benign communication model. Family therapy opens up a new perspective for solving family problems and effectively solves the family conflicts that people encounter in real life. Interpersonal distress provides more ways and means to choose. The rise and development of family therapy in China has a realistic and theoretical basis. Although family therapy is rooted in western culture. But in the Chinese social and cultural environment has also shown a strong adaptability. Family therapy on the one hand responded to the social transformation of the increasingly prominent family problems on the other hand. The concept of family therapy and Chinese traditional culture are consistent. In addition, scholars at home and abroad for the family. The theoretical and empirical studies of family therapy also lay a solid foundation for the development of family therapy in China, and the vigorous development of social work in China also provides an opportunity for the development of family therapy in China. Based on the social and cultural background of China, this paper combs and analyzes the family therapy research in China by the method of literature. And cited the significant impact of parent-child relationship and marital relationship on the family. Using the method of family therapy and structured family therapy to help the victim and his family. Focus on the treatment process and the treatment of the impedance encountered in the treatment, and compare and summarize the two applications. The results of the study found that: 1) whether the use of family therapy in Satia group counseling, or the use of structured family therapy for family counselling. Both have a positive impact on the victim and his family. (2) in the face of family treatment services provided by problematic families, social workers pay attention to maintaining cultural acumen and avoid falling into the "professional" and "expert" misunderstandings. The introduction of game therapy elements in the process of family therapy will help to weaken the impedance of the owner and his family to family treatment. In treatment-sensitive situations, it is more feasible and effective for social workers to introduce the concept of family therapy into group counseling than to treat the whole family alone. Pay attention to the connection between the family system and the external system, further consolidate the effect of family treatment, introduce school, community, social resources, perfect the family's external support system for the family.
