【摘要】：隨著漢代大一統(tǒng)封建王朝的建立，尤其是漢初黃老無為思想措施帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇，漢代社會得到了全面發(fā)展和進(jìn)步，從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、思想文化等各方面為封建女性道德的建構(gòu)提供了基礎(chǔ)條件。在此基礎(chǔ)上，董仲舒廣收并蓄諸子百家的優(yōu)秀文化傳統(tǒng)，提出并論證了“陰陽之道”的思想，由此確立的“夫尊婦卑”的思想成為此后女性道德建構(gòu)的核心準(zhǔn)則。劉向《列女傳》則從多角度為女性確立了可資借鑒的道德典范和應(yīng)遵循的道德規(guī)范，并試圖重構(gòu)《儀禮》“三從”規(guī)范�！栋谆⑼ā穭t以官方文件的形式徹底將女性束縛在男權(quán)制的社會中，并確立了“夫?yàn)槠蘧V”的封建教條。而班昭《女誡》通過女性自我認(rèn)同的方式承認(rèn)了封建社會的女性道德，并對《周官》中的“四德”概念做了創(chuàng)造性的詮釋。經(jīng)過300多年的努力，封建社會完成了對“夫?yàn)槠蘧V”的理論論證，并闡述了“三從四德”的具體內(nèi)容，最終將之確立為封建社會女性的行為規(guī)范。這一制度化建設(shè)的成果，最終內(nèi)化成為封建社會女性言行的具體規(guī)范。由漢初發(fā)軔的封建女性道德，一方面有利于維護(hù)封建統(tǒng)治秩序，，塑造中華民族傳統(tǒng)女性的優(yōu)良品德，但另一方面也壓迫和束縛了女性自身的獨(dú)立性與人格，造成了男尊女卑的不平等人倫關(guān)系。這種不平等，實(shí)質(zhì)上是由人類社會生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展不足造成的，這要求我們一定要注意兩性平等與社會分工之間的內(nèi)在矛盾，在社會全面發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上，繼承優(yōu)良的傳統(tǒng)道德，吸收各民族的優(yōu)秀文化成果并進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性詮釋，建構(gòu)符合時(shí)代發(fā)展趨勢的社會主義女性道德。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the Han Dynasty of the feudal dynasty, especially the early Han Dynasty Huanglao inaction thought of measures of economic recovery, the Han Dynasty have been all-round development and progress, from the construction of the political, economic, ideological and cultural as feudal female moral basis. On this basis, the outstanding cultural tradition Dong Zhongshu widely collect and storage of all classes of authors are presented and discussed, "Yin and Yang", which established the "husband respect for women humble" thought has become the core principles of moral construction after women. Liu Xiang's "female" from multiple perspectives for women to establish a reference model and moral should follow the moral norms, and tried to reconstruct "Yili" "three from" specification. "White Tiger Tong", in the form of official documents, completely shackles women in the society of male power and establishes the feudal doctrines of "husband as a wife." Banzhao and "Nvjie" by female self identification means that the feudal society and the female ethics, "Zhou Guan" in the "four virtues" concept of creative interpretation. After 300 years of efforts, the completion of the feudal society "theory and wife" Cardiff, and elaborates the specific content of the final will be the three obediences and the four virtues "to establish norms for the behavior of women in feudal society. The achievements of this institutionalized construction were finally internalized into the specific norms of the women's words and deeds in the feudal society. From the beginning of the early Han Dynasty feudal female ethics, on the one hand to safeguard the rule of the feudal order, good moral character shaping of traditional Chinese women, but on the other hand, oppression and bondage of independence and personality of women themselves, caused the unequal relationship of male superiority. This inequality is essentially caused by the development of social productivity is insufficient, so we must pay attention to the inherent contradiction between gender equality and social division of labor, based on the comprehensive development of society, inherit the excellent traditional morality, absorb the outstanding cultural achievements of various nationalities and creative interpretation of socialist moral construction of female development in line with the trend.
