文章摘要：文章利用“2010年中國青年流動(dòng)人口健康意識(shí)調(diào)查”數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工的健康融入狀況進(jìn)行了描述性分析，，并通過有序多分類Logistic回歸分析對(duì)影響新生代農(nóng)民工健康融入狀況的因素進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)，21．4％的新生代農(nóng)民工認(rèn)為目前的健康狀況比離開老家時(shí)變好，64．0％的人認(rèn)為目前的健康狀況與離開老家時(shí)相比沒有變化，14．6％的人認(rèn)為目前健康狀況變差。多因素分析結(jié)果表明，男性、平均每天睡眠時(shí)間I〉8小時(shí)、父母都無疾病的新生代農(nóng)民工更傾向于健康狀況變好；而流動(dòng)時(shí)間為“5～10年”組和“10年及以上”組、壓力較大的新生代農(nóng)民工更傾向于健康狀況變差。研究結(jié)果表明，新生代農(nóng)民工健康融入程度較低，相關(guān)部門應(yīng)采取必要的措施以保障新生代農(nóng)民工的健康狀況。

Abstr：Utilizing the data of the 2010 survey on the health awareness of young migrant workers, this article investigates the condition of health integration and its influencing factors of the new-generation migrant workers. Results show that 21.4% of the new-generation migrant workers rate their current health condition being better than that before migration, while 64.0% and 14.. 6% of the population regard their current health status being the same or worse respectively. The multi-variate analyses dem- onstrate that health condition tends to become better among men, among those whose sleeping time is at least 8 hours, and among those whose parents are both healthy, whereas health condition trends to become worse among the young migrant workers whose floating time is 5 years or over, and among those under greater pressure. The degree of health integration of the new-generation migrant workers is quite low, and therefore it is necessary to take actions to promote their health.
