【摘要】：新建高校辦學(xué)歷史短,在應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)中面臨的困境較大,如在辦學(xué)理念上仍然沒(méi)有轉(zhuǎn)移到注重應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)上,缺乏足夠的改革動(dòng)力;在組織結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)費(fèi)保障上缺乏足夠的支撐。此外,以勞動(dòng)與社會(huì)保障專業(yè)為例,在人才培養(yǎng)路徑上,還存在辦學(xué)缺乏特色、重視理解教學(xué)而輕松實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)開(kāi)展、實(shí)驗(yàn)和實(shí)踐過(guò)程流于形式的狀況。本文將通過(guò)具體分析新建高校應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The history of running a new university is short, and the difficulties faced in the training of applied talents are relatively great. For example, the concept of running a school has not been transferred to the cultivation of applied talents, and there is a lack of sufficient reform motivation, and there is a lack of sufficient support in the organizational structure and the guarantee of funds. In addition, taking the major of labor and social security as an example, in the path of talent training, there is still a lack of characteristics in running a school, attaching importance to understanding teaching and carrying out easy practical links, and the experiment and practice process is mere formality. This paper will analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of applied talents in newly-built colleges and universities, and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
