【摘要】：習主席指出,中國要實現“中國夢”就必須不斷地為人民造福。為人民造福最根本的就是要提升居民的幸福感。如何有效提升居民幸福感是實現中國夢的基礎。隨著人們生活品質的改善,越來越多的人關注幸福。幸福不單單是個人問題,還受到其它眾多因素諸如社會、政策、環(huán)境的影響。準確地了解居民的幸福感受,分析其影響因素,在現有的資源環(huán)境下,更好更快的提升居民的幸福感,對構建和諧社會,全面實現小康具有重要的現實意義。本文使用Logistic模型對中國居民幸福感進行了實證研究,試圖通過中國家庭幸福感動態(tài)變化來研究幸福感的影響因素,進而提出政策建議。首先,本文梳理比較了關于幸福感的測度的國內外文獻,接著借鑒Logistic模型的理論和分析方法,對CGSS數據庫中的2005年、2008年、2010年、2013年的數據對中國居民近十年的幸福感狀況進行了測算,基于微觀層面和宏觀層面的因素探究分析了中國居民幸福感的影響。實證結果表明,隨著社會的發(fā)展,居民幸福感有所增強。其中,經濟狀況是居民幸福感最主要的影響因素,個人絕對收入越高,居民會越幸福,相對收入對居民影響更大。另外,人口學因素、生活狀態(tài)因素、社會特征因素等非經濟因素對居民幸福感也有顯著影響。結合實證分析,本文提出要多方位全面提升居民幸福感,在重視提高居民收入的同時要倡導建設“和諧家庭、幸福家庭”、完善社會保障及養(yǎng)老體系,加大醫(yī)療投入力度等。
[Abstract]:The President noted that China's realization of the "Chinese dream" must be for the benefit of the people. The most fundamental to the benefit of the people is to promote the well-being of the residents. How to improve the well-being of the residents is the basis for realizing the Chinese dream. With the improvement of people's quality of life, more and more people are concerned about happiness. Happiness is not only personal, but is also affected by many other factors, such as the social, policy and environment. It is of great practical significance for the construction of a harmonious society and the full realization of a well-off society. This paper makes an empirical study on the well-being of the Chinese residents using the Logistic model, and tries to study the influence factors of the well-being through the dynamic change of the Chinese family well-being, and then put forward the policy suggestions. First of all, this paper makes a comparison of the domestic and foreign literature on the measure of well-being, and then uses the theory and analysis method of the Logistic model to measure the well-being of the Chinese residents in the last ten years. The influence of the Chinese residents' well-being is analyzed based on the micro-level and the macro-level factors. The empirical results show that with the development of the society, the well-being of the residents is enhanced. Among them, the economic situation is the most important factor of the people's well-being, the higher the absolute income of the individual, the happier the residents will be, and the relative income has a greater impact on the population. In addition, non-economic factors such as demographic factors, living conditions and social characteristics have a significant impact on the well-being of the population. In combination with the positive analysis, this paper proposes to improve the well-being of the residents in all directions, and to promote the construction of the "a harmonious family, a happy family", improve the social security and the pension system, and increase the medical investment.
