【摘要】：擴(kuò)大居民消費(fèi)對(duì)于當(dāng)前中國轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式具有重要意義。文章構(gòu)建了考慮消費(fèi)者購買活動(dòng)成本的理論模型,并采用2009-2014年省際面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析,說明除了提高居民收入、完善社保體系等旨在提升消費(fèi)意愿的需求提升措施以外,改善零售服務(wù)供給也能夠在消費(fèi)挖潛中發(fā)揮積極作用,從機(jī)制上減少當(dāng)前城鄉(xiāng)居民放棄或抑制消費(fèi),轉(zhuǎn)移消費(fèi)或集中購買,以及選擇劣質(zhì)商品等現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)前實(shí)體零售業(yè)經(jīng)歷的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)與挖掘消費(fèi)潛力的宏觀目標(biāo)具有一致性,必要的政策引導(dǎo)則能夠更好地促進(jìn)行業(yè)調(diào)整與提振消費(fèi)之間的契合。
[Abstract]:Expanding resident consumption is of great significance for China to change its economic development pattern. This paper constructs a theoretical model considering the cost of consumers' purchasing activities, and uses the inter-provincial panel data from 2009 to 2014 to carry on the econometric analysis, which shows that in addition to increasing the residents' income, In addition to improving the social security system and other measures aimed at increasing the demand for consumption will, improving the supply of retail services can also play a positive role in tapping the potential of consumption and reduce the current abandonment or suppression of consumption by urban and rural residents. Transfer consumption or centralized purchase, as well as the selection of inferior goods and other phenomena. The transition and upgrading of the current physical retail industry is consistent with the macro-objective of tapping the consumption potential, and the necessary policy guidance can better promote the conformity between the adjustment of the industry and the promotion of consumption.
