江西國有企業(yè)員工幸福感影響因素研究

【摘要】:為研究我省國有企業(yè)員工幸福感狀況及其影響因素,采用《綜合幸福問卷》對我省國有企業(yè)員工進行自陳量表問卷調(diào)查,有效回收問卷305份;同時對其中的20名進行了開放式訪談。通過研究,,得到了以下結(jié)論: 1、通過自陳量表研究發(fā)現(xiàn),年齡、學(xué)歷、工作年限、職位層級、月均收入、家庭氛圍等因素對我省國企員工幸福感起到了顯著影響,而性別對員工幸福感沒有顯著性影響。 2、通過開放式訪談研究發(fā)現(xiàn),影響我省國企員工幸福感的因素主要有身體健康、經(jīng)濟狀況、家庭關(guān)系、社會資本、生活保障、自我實現(xiàn)等因素,與自陳量表研究結(jié)果在一定程度上相互佐證。 3、提出了以建立公平合理薪酬體系為主,高度重視員工幸福感、落實完善社會保障、構(gòu)建良好企業(yè)與家庭互動氛圍、幫助員工提升自我價值、關(guān)注員工身體健康為輔的對策建議,供企業(yè)管理者參考構(gòu)建新時期幸福國有企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the state of well-being of employees in state-owned enterprises in our province and its influencing factors, the questionnaire of comprehensive happiness was used to survey the employees of state-owned enterprises in our province, and 305 questionnaires were collected effectively. At the same time, 20 of them were interviewed. Through the research, the following conclusions are obtained: 1, through the self-Chen scale, we find that age, education, working years, job level, monthly average income, family atmosphere and other factors have a significant impact on the well-being of state-owned employees in our province. Gender has no significant effect on employee well-being. 2, through the open interview research, it is found that the main factors influencing the well-being of the employees of state-owned enterprises in our province are health, economic condition, family relationship, social capital, life security, self-realization and so on. And self-report scale research results to a certain extent mutually corroborated. Third, it is proposed to establish a fair and reasonable salary system, attach great importance to the well-being of employees, implement and improve social security, build a good atmosphere of interaction between enterprises and families, and help employees to enhance their self-value. The countermeasures and suggestions of paying attention to the health of employees are helpful for managers to construct happy state-owned enterprises in the new period.
