【摘要】：芯片卡,又稱集成電路卡,自1976年由法國研發(fā)創(chuàng)造以來,該項(xiàng)技術(shù)已被廣泛應(yīng)用到金融、通訊、交通、醫(yī)療、身份證明等多個行業(yè)領(lǐng)域。金融IC卡以芯片作為介質(zhì),可以存儲密鑰、數(shù)字證書、指紋等信息,能夠同時(shí)處理多種應(yīng)用功能,為持卡人提供一卡多用的銀行卡。隨著銀行卡芯片化的趨勢日益明顯,國內(nèi)各商業(yè)銀行紛紛加大芯片卡產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)和推廣力度。廣東作為國內(nèi)首屈一指的經(jīng)濟(jì)大省之一,而農(nóng)業(yè)銀行又是國內(nèi)國有上市股份銀行之一,借組得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置和優(yōu)勢資源,經(jīng)過幾年來的發(fā)展,廣東農(nóng)行在發(fā)卡規(guī)模、行業(yè)合作、受理環(huán)境等方面取得明顯進(jìn)展,但要取得行業(yè)領(lǐng)先地位,實(shí)現(xiàn)芯片卡大規(guī)模的推進(jìn),仍需進(jìn)一步加大芯片卡的推廣應(yīng)用力度。本文從金融IC卡的一般理論和實(shí)踐出發(fā),分析其在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢,并著重對廣東農(nóng)業(yè)銀行金融IC卡的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,指出其在產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、推廣對策、優(yōu)勢發(fā)揮、宣傳力度等方面存在的不足,最后對農(nóng)業(yè)銀行金融IC卡的發(fā)展提出了筆者的看法：要明確全行的推廣對策；發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,加強(qiáng)行業(yè)合作,拓寬行業(yè)合作模式,促進(jìn)金融IC卡在不同行業(yè)中應(yīng)用；同時(shí)抓好重點(diǎn),在手機(jī)支付、無卡支付以及特定領(lǐng)域非金融應(yīng)用等特色業(yè)務(wù)中取得先機(jī),占領(lǐng)市場份額,同時(shí)加大IC卡產(chǎn)品的宣傳力度和培訓(xùn)力度。
[Abstract]:Chip card, also known as IC card, has been widely used in finance, communication, transportation, medical treatment, identification and other fields since it was developed by France in 1976. The IC card can store key, digital certificate, fingerprint and other information. It can process a variety of application functions at the same time, and provide a multi-purpose bank card for the cardholder. With the increasing trend of bank card chip, domestic commercial banks have increased the development and promotion of chip card products. Guangdong is one of the leading economic provinces in the country, and the Agricultural Bank of China is one of the state-owned listed stock banks in China. Thanks to its unique geographical location and advantageous resources, after several years of development, the Guangdong Agricultural Bank has been issuing cards on a scale. The industry cooperation and the accepting environment have made remarkable progress, but in order to achieve the leading position in the industry and realize the large-scale promotion of the chipcard, it is still necessary to further increase the popularization and application of the chipcard. Based on the general theory and practice of financial IC card, this paper analyzes the present situation and trend of its development at home and abroad, and emphatically analyzes the present situation of financial IC card of Guangdong Agricultural Bank, and points out that it has advantages in product innovation, popularizing countermeasures and giving full play to its advantages. Finally, the author puts forward the author's opinion on the development of the financial IC card of the Agricultural Bank of China: we should make clear the popularizing countermeasure of the whole bank; Give play to their own advantages, strengthen industry cooperation, broaden the industry cooperation model, promote the application of financial IC cards in different industries; At the same time, focus on mobile payment, non-card payment and non-financial applications in specific areas and other characteristics of the business opportunities, occupy market share, while increasing the promotion of IC card products and training efforts.
