【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)的大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題一直是社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,各個(gè)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的學(xué)者對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了廣泛研究,提出了多重理論與實(shí)踐對(duì)策,尤其對(duì)于政府促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)了一系列研究,形成了一定的理論。目前關(guān)于高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的研究較多,但主要集中在對(duì)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)理論的介紹和對(duì)國(guó)外就業(yè)指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的簡(jiǎn)介方面,缺乏系統(tǒng)的實(shí)證性的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)研究。高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題,歷年來(lái)一直都是高校學(xué)生工作的重點(diǎn),也是人們廣為關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。論文選取北戴河區(qū)為切入點(diǎn)來(lái)分析這一區(qū)域大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)與就業(yè)特點(diǎn),首先對(duì)北戴河地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的成因進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查對(duì)北戴河區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,主要研究了北戴河區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的流向和就業(yè)的形式,然后分析了北戴河區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)力、就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及自主創(chuàng)業(yè)等方面存在的問(wèn)題。其次,從政府角度出發(fā),分析了在政策方面阻礙北戴河區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的幾點(diǎn)政策方面的因素,例如重點(diǎn)分析了北戴河地區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)促進(jìn)制度機(jī)制不健全,就業(yè)政策缺乏配套措施,地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)層次偏低導(dǎo)致的市場(chǎng)需求不足,政府行政監(jiān)督不到位,學(xué)生所學(xué)專業(yè)與市場(chǎng)需求不協(xié)調(diào),自身的擇業(yè)觀念不當(dāng)以及自主創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持政策不到位等問(wèn)題。最后,論文提出促進(jìn)北戴河區(qū)大學(xué)生就業(yè)的相應(yīng)的建議性對(duì)策,例如建議了政策層面取消就業(yè)制度、積極主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、推動(dòng)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)改革、完善強(qiáng)大的社會(huì)保障體系,同時(shí)還指出教育主管部門合理配置教育資源,政府主體應(yīng)該積極發(fā)揮政策引導(dǎo)作用等方面的具體建議。以期通過(guò)本論文的研究能夠促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)工作更好地完成,使大學(xué)畢業(yè)生得以在社會(huì)的各個(gè)崗位為我國(guó)的發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn),維護(hù)社會(huì)安定與和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment of college students in China has always been the focus of social concern. Scholars in various disciplines have made extensive research on the employment of college students, and put forward many theoretical and practical countermeasures. Especially for the government to promote the employment of college students launched a series of studies, formed a certain theory. At present, there are many researches on employment guidance for college students, but it mainly focuses on the introduction of employment guidance theory and the brief introduction of foreign employment guidance experience, and lacks of systematic and empirical research on employment guidance. The employment of college graduates has been the focus of college students' work over the years. This paper chooses Beidaihe District as the starting point to analyze the employment situation and characteristics of college students in this region. Firstly, the paper analyzes the causes of the employment difficulties of college students in Beidaihe area. Based on the investigation of the present employment situation of college students in Beidaihe District, this paper mainly studies the direction and form of employment of students in Beidaihe District, and then analyzes the employability of students in Beidaihe District. Employment structure and independent entrepreneurship and other aspects of the problems. Secondly, from the point of view of the government, this paper analyzes some policy factors that hinder the employment of college students in Beidaihe District, such as the analysis of the imperfect mechanism of the employment promotion system of university students in Beidaihe area. The lack of supporting measures in employment policy, the lack of market demand due to the low industrial level in the region, the lack of administrative supervision by the government, the disharmony between students' major and market demand, Their own concept of employment and self-employment support policy is not in place and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions to promote the employment of college students in Beidaihe District, such as abolishing the employment system at the policy level, actively leading the adjustment of the industrial structure, promoting the reform of the job market, and perfecting the strong social security system. At the same time, it is pointed out that the competent department of education should allocate educational resources reasonably, and the government should give full play to the role of policy guidance. The purpose of this paper is to promote the employment of college students, to make the university graduates make their due contribution to the development of our country, and to maintain the social stability and harmonious development.
