【摘要】：隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)越來越先進,應(yīng)用也越來越廣泛,信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)進行管理的重要工具。近年來,隨著公司經(jīng)營機制的逐步完善和建設(shè)高質(zhì)量企業(yè)目標的需要,企業(yè)的管理逐漸由人工手動管理轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽詣踊臒o紙管理。信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用能夠使企業(yè)更加有效的運行,管理效率也將大大的提高。 本文以鞍山社會保障局招待所管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計為背景,針對中小型酒店的特點,從國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和本文所做的工作入手,用軟件工程的方法詳細描述了開發(fā)中小型酒店管理信息系統(tǒng)(MIS)的基本過程和基本的技術(shù)。本文首先在軟件需求分析中,對招待所客房管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程及系統(tǒng)任務(wù)需求進行了分析和歸納,提出了新系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型；其次,在軟件設(shè)計部分,在軟件需求分析提出的邏輯模型的基礎(chǔ)上科學合理地進行了系統(tǒng)物理模型的設(shè)計,對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進行了合理的劃分；在軟件實現(xiàn)與運行部分,給出了其系統(tǒng)運行、維護與管理以及實現(xiàn)的重要過程,并且對系統(tǒng)進一步完善提出了必要的建議以及解決思路。 本論文應(yīng)用C/S技術(shù)框架,采用Visaul Studio2008和SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。Visaul Studio2008是微軟推出的基于C#的軟件開發(fā)平臺,它的簡單易用、功能強大等特點是本文選擇該工具的重要原因。在得到用戶需求后,對用戶的需求進行了分析,劃分出了模塊,接著對每個模塊進行了包括數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、頁面設(shè)計等多方面的設(shè)計。針對用戶的要求,采用了較為方便的操作方式。在完成了系統(tǒng)的功能后,設(shè)計了測試文檔和測試用例,對系統(tǒng)進行了詳細的測試。并根據(jù)測試的結(jié)果進行了再次的修改。經(jīng)過了軟件工程的這些步驟后,系統(tǒng)在規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)完成,并得到了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, information technology is more and more advanced and widely used. Information technology has become an important tool for enterprise management. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the management mechanism of the company and the need of building high-quality enterprises, the management of enterprises has gradually changed from manual management to automatic paperless management. The application of information technology can make enterprises run more effectively, and management efficiency will be greatly improved. In this paper, based on the analysis and design of the management system of Anshan Social Security Bureau Hostel, according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized hotels, starting with the domestic and foreign research status and the work done in this paper, This paper describes in detail the basic process and basic technology of developing a small and medium-sized hotel management information system (MIS) with the method of software engineering. Firstly, in the software requirement analysis, the business process and system task requirement of guest room management are analyzed and summarized, and the logic model of the new system is put forward. Secondly, in the part of software design, based on the logical model proposed by software requirement analysis, the system physical model is designed scientifically and reasonably, and the functional modules of the system are divided reasonably. In the part of software implementation and operation, the important processes of system operation, maintenance, management and implementation are given, and the necessary suggestions and solutions for further improvement of the system are put forward. This paper uses C / S technology frame, adopts Visaul Studio2008 and SQL Server2008 database to realize the development of this system. Visaul Studio2008 is a software development platform based on C #, which is launched by Microsoft, it is simple and easy to use. The feature of powerful function is the important reason why this paper chooses this tool. After getting the user's demand, the user's demand is analyzed, and the module is divided into modules. Then, the design of each module includes database design, page design and so on. According to the requirements of users, a more convenient mode of operation is adopted. After completing the function of the system, the test documents and test cases are designed, and the system is tested in detail. According to the results of the test, we modify it again. After these steps of software engineering, the system was completed within the specified time limit and got good results.
