【摘要】：為緩解大學生就業(yè)難,支持大學生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。省婦聯(lián)牽頭,省人力資源和社會保障廳、省教育廳、團省委等共同開展了"春蕾綻放女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)微計劃"項目。該項目匯集多方資源,為創(chuàng)業(yè)女大學生提供創(chuàng)業(yè)基金、創(chuàng)業(yè)補貼、創(chuàng)業(yè)擔保貸款等政策支持,并搭建了(為何少了春蕾綻放四個字?)"女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)微計劃"項目的各類實踐基地,輔助孵化女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)。"女大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)微計劃"項目實行"主題宣講+學員甄選+套餐培訓(xùn)+項目孵化+跟蹤服務(wù)"模式為創(chuàng)業(yè)女大學生進行全方位、多層次的創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)和服務(wù)。有效引導(dǎo)女大學生樹立創(chuàng)業(yè)意識,增強創(chuàng)業(yè)原動力、提高參與創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐的能力和本領(lǐng),推動女大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)。同時,分析了項目及搭建實踐基地中存在的優(yōu)勢和問題,并提出了改革建議。
[Abstract]:In order to alleviate the employment difficulties of college students, support the students to start their own businesses. The provincial women's federation led, the provincial human resources and social security department, the provincial education department, the League provincial committee and so on has jointly carried out the "spring bud blooming female university student entrepreneurship plan" project. The project brings together a variety of resources to provide entrepreneurial funds, venture subsidies, venture guarantee loans and other policy support for entrepreneurial female college students, and built (why the lack of spring bud blooming four words?) Micro program for female students'Entrepreneurship, "various practice bases of the project, assist to incubate female college students' entrepreneurship." The micro-plan of female college students' entrepreneurship "carries out" the theme preaching student selection package training project incubation and tracking service "the pattern carries on the omni-directional, multi-level entrepreneurship guidance and the service for the entrepreneurial female university student." To effectively guide female college students to set up entrepreneurial consciousness, to strengthen the motive force of entrepreneurship, to improve their ability and ability to participate in entrepreneurial practice, and to promote female college students to innovate and start their own businesses. At the same time, the advantages and problems of the project and the practice base are analyzed, and the reform suggestions are put forward.
