【摘要】：我國社會法基礎(chǔ)理論研究鑒于其背景和基礎(chǔ),在純學(xué)科研究與回應(yīng)現(xiàn)實研究、形而上研究與形而中研究、社會法界定研究與社會法運行研究的研究路徑選擇中,應(yīng)當(dāng)更重視回應(yīng)現(xiàn)實研究、形而中研究和社會法運行研究。
[Abstract]:In view of its background and foundation, the basic theory of social law in China is chosen in the research path of pure discipline research and response reality research, metaphysical research and metaphysical research, social law definition research and social law operation research. More attention should be paid to the study of response to reality, the study of form-to-middle and the study of the operation of social law.
