【摘要】：本文從多角度分析我國(guó)儲(chǔ)蓄向投資轉(zhuǎn)化的障礙,指出要解決儲(chǔ)蓄存款向投資轉(zhuǎn)化效率低下的問(wèn)題,完善儲(chǔ)蓄-投資轉(zhuǎn)化機(jī)制,需要從多方面入手:要健全社會(huì)保障制度,擴(kuò)大社會(huì)保障制度的覆蓋面;要提高居民的金融知識(shí);要加強(qiáng)國(guó)有銀行的制度改革,建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度;要積極完善資本市場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the obstacles to the transformation from savings to investment from various angles, and points out that in order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the transformation from savings to investment, and to perfect the mechanism of conversion from savings to investment, it is necessary to start from many aspects: to perfect the social security system, Expanding the coverage of the social security system; It is necessary to improve the financial knowledge of the residents, strengthen the institutional reform of state-owned banks and establish a modern enterprise system, and actively improve the capital market.
