【摘要】：在中國古代社會尊老敬老是一種社會風氣,而養(yǎng)老不僅是一種道德規(guī)范、行為規(guī)范,更是一種法律責任。宋代是我國古代經(jīng)濟繁榮、思想文化比較活躍的時期,這一時期養(yǎng)老思想及措施對宋之前歷代有所繼承。本文通過對宋代養(yǎng)老思想及措施的梳理,進一步認識了宋代在贍養(yǎng)老年人方面的具體情況。全文主體內(nèi)容分為四個部分。第一部分,論述宋之前養(yǎng)老思想及措施的發(fā)展演變。我國古代的養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)象早在周代就已經(jīng)出現(xiàn),而真正意義的養(yǎng)老思想形成體系則是在春秋戰(zhàn)國時期。本文在論述宋之前養(yǎng)老思想及措施時將宋代之前的朝代分為四個時期：先秦時期、秦漢時期、魏晉南北朝時期和隋唐時期,在對各個時期的養(yǎng)老思想及措施進行簡述的同時,縱向的呈現(xiàn)了宋代之前養(yǎng)老思想及措施的發(fā)展演變。第二部分,論述宋代的養(yǎng)老思想。主要包括；宋代儒家的養(yǎng)老思想,宋代道教的養(yǎng)老思想,宋代佛教的養(yǎng)老思想。分別對儒、道、佛三家的養(yǎng)老思想的內(nèi)容和特點進行了敘述,三教合流共同組成了宋代極具特色的養(yǎng)老思想,將兩宋時期養(yǎng)老思想的特點概括總結(jié)三點：養(yǎng)老思想固化、養(yǎng)老思想神秘化、養(yǎng)老思想大眾化。第三部分,論述宋代的養(yǎng)老措施。在本部分主要介紹了宋代優(yōu)待老年人的措施、家庭保障庶老養(yǎng)老的措施、政府保障官老養(yǎng)老的措施以及社會保障貧老養(yǎng)老的措施。通過對古文獻的查閱分析,盡可能客觀真實的對宋代各方面的養(yǎng)老措施進行描述。經(jīng)過分析研究總結(jié)出宋代養(yǎng)老措施的特點。第四部分,論述宋代尊老敬老養(yǎng)老思想的發(fā)揚和宋代優(yōu)老養(yǎng)老措施的借鑒。通過研究宋代養(yǎng)老思想及措施,取其精華、去其糟粕,為解決當前我國面臨的老齡化問題提供思想方面的支持和措施方面的借鑒,同時也有利于老年人保障體系的建設與健全。
[Abstract]:In the ancient Chinese society, respecting the old and respecting the elderly is a kind of social ethos, and the aged is not only a moral standard, a standard of conduct, but also a kind of legal responsibility. The Song Dynasty was a period of economic prosperity and active ideology and culture in ancient China. By combing the thought and measures of the old in the Song Dynasty, this paper further understands the specific situation of supporting the elderly in the Song Dynasty. The main content of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the development and evolution of pension thoughts and measures before Song Dynasty. The old-age phenomenon in ancient China appeared as early as the Zhou Dynasty, and the formation system of the pension thought was in the Spring and Autumn period and the warring States period. In this paper, the author divides the pre-Song Dynasty into four periods: Pre-Qin, Qin and Han, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties and Sui and Tang dynasties. Longitudinal presented before the Song Dynasty pension ideas and measures of the development of evolution. The second part, discusses the Song Dynasty pension thought. The main ideas include the Confucian pension in Song Dynasty, Taoism in Song Dynasty and Buddhism in Song Dynasty. This paper narrates the contents and characteristics of the old-age care thoughts of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism respectively. The combination of the three religions constitutes the extremely characteristic pension thoughts of the Song Dynasty, and summarizes the characteristics of the old-age care thoughts in the Song Dynasty. The idea of the aged is mysterious, and the thought of the aged is popularized. The third part discusses the pension measures in Song Dynasty. In this part, the author mainly introduces the measures of preferential treatment for the elderly in Song Dynasty, the measures of the family to guarantee the aged, the measures of the government to ensure the old and the poor, and the measures of the social security for the poor and the elderly. Through the reference and analysis of ancient documents, the article describes the pension measures in Song Dynasty as objectively and realistically as possible. Through the analysis and research summed up the characteristics of the Song Dynasty pension measures. The fourth part discusses the development of the thought of respecting the old and respecting the old in the Song Dynasty and the reference of the measures for the aged in the Song Dynasty. By studying the thought and measures of the aged in the Song Dynasty, we take the essence and discard the dregs, and provide the ideological support and measures for solving the problem of aging in our country. At the same time, it is beneficial to the construction and perfection of the security system for the elderly.
