【摘要】：正社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的法律責(zé)任機(jī)制,對(duì)于確保社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)法律制度的順利實(shí)施,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)其強(qiáng)制性和最終實(shí)現(xiàn),具有無(wú)可替代的重要意義。因此,在社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)法律實(shí)施及社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)法治實(shí)現(xiàn)中,法律責(zé)任是不可或缺的重要一環(huán)。制度規(guī)定未有效落實(shí)雖然《社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)法》第十一章專章規(guī)定了"法律責(zé)任",其配套法規(guī)如《工傷保險(xiǎn)條例》《全國(guó)社會(huì)保障基金條例》中或有專章規(guī)定,或有多處涉及行政處罰、行政強(qiáng)制等法律責(zé)任的條款,但一
[Abstract]:The legal liability mechanism of positive social insurance is of irreplaceable importance to ensure the smooth implementation of the legal system of social insurance and to enhance its enforcement and ultimate realization. Therefore, in the implementation of social insurance law and the realization of social insurance rule of law, legal liability is an indispensable important link.
