【摘要】：地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展是經(jīng)濟(jì)"新常態(tài)"下的必然要求,也是"供給側(cè)"改革中高等教育改革的關(guān)鍵。結(jié)合科技型小微企業(yè)發(fā)展困境和地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展兩難困境,筆者提出基于高校實(shí)踐平臺(tái)為橋梁的科技型小微企業(yè)和地方本科院校協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的模型及路徑。該模型既能幫助地方本科院校順利轉(zhuǎn)型,破解大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)的產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩;同時(shí)也能解決科技型小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的人才不足的困境。
[Abstract]:The transformation and development of local colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement under the "new normal" of economy, and also the key to the reform of higher education in the "supply-side" reform. Combined with the dilemma of the development of science and technology small and micro enterprises and the transformation and development of local colleges and universities, the author puts forward a model and path for the coordinated development of science and technology small and micro enterprises and local colleges and universities based on the practical platform of colleges and universities. The model can not only help local colleges and universities transform smoothly, but also solve the problem of shortage of talents in the development of small and micro enterprises of science and technology.
