【摘要】：醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)是我國社會(huì)保障發(fā)展的重要組成部分,城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療和新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療是醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)的重要支柱,醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)關(guān)系到廣大人民群眾的切身利益,隨著近幾年社會(huì)發(fā)展,醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)繳費(fèi)、待遇等各個(gè)方面已有不同程度的改革,隨著社會(huì)各界越來越多呼吁兩個(gè)保險(xiǎn)予以合并,新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療與城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)合并已提上日程。本文將就新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性、兩險(xiǎn)合并的可行性、國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行闡述并提出建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:Medical insurance is an important part of the development of social security in China. The basic medical treatment of urban residents and the new rural cooperative medical insurance are important pillars of medical insurance institutions. Medical insurance relates to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people. With the development of society in recent years, various aspects of medical insurance payment and treatment have been reformed to varying degrees. As more and more people from all walks of life call for the merger of the two insurance systems, New rural cooperative medical insurance and basic medical insurance for urban residents have been put on the agenda. This article will expound the reality of the new rural cooperative medical insurance, the feasibility of the combination of the two insurance, and the domestic and foreign experience and put forward some constructive suggestions.
