【摘要】：基于四川省統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),人口大規(guī)模流出對農(nóng)村家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的影響主要體現(xiàn)在:農(nóng)村家庭比重大幅下降,家庭小型化趨勢明顯,代際分離普遍、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重老齡化。由此帶來的經(jīng)濟社會后果是:家庭的穩(wěn)定性被動搖,傳統(tǒng)家庭代際關(guān)系遭到破壞,家庭養(yǎng)老的基礎(chǔ)被削弱,農(nóng)村家庭的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟功能弱化。建議:重視農(nóng)村家庭發(fā)展,加強社會保障體系建設(shè),大力發(fā)展社區(qū)養(yǎng)老公共服務(wù),推動家庭整體流動,促進流動人口就近就地轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical data of Sichuan Province, it is found that the impact of large-scale population outflow on the rural household structure is mainly reflected in: the proportion of rural households has decreased significantly, the trend of household miniaturization is obvious, the intergenerational separation is widespread, and the family structure is aging seriously. The economic and social consequences are as follows: the stability of the family is shaken, the traditional family intergenerational relationship is destroyed, the foundation of the family pension is weakened, and the economic function of agricultural production of the rural family is weakened. Suggestions: attach importance to the development of rural families, strengthen the construction of social security system, vigorously develop public services for the aged in the community, promote the overall mobility of families, and promote the local transfer and employment of the floating population.
