【摘要】：正2016年8月22日,人社部在拉薩召開(kāi)全國(guó)人社系統(tǒng)對(duì)口援藏工作座談會(huì),總結(jié)中央第五次西藏工作座談會(huì)以來(lái)人社援藏工作成效和經(jīng)驗(yàn),推動(dòng)貫徹落實(shí)中央第六次西藏工作座談會(huì)精神,專(zhuān)題研究部署人社系統(tǒng)援藏工作。中央組織部副部長(zhǎng),人社部黨組書(shū)記、部長(zhǎng)尹蔚民,西藏自治區(qū)原黨委書(shū)記陳全國(guó),人社部副部長(zhǎng)、國(guó)家公務(wù)員局局長(zhǎng)信長(zhǎng)星和西藏自治區(qū)有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席會(huì)議。中央第五次西藏工作座談會(huì)以來(lái),人社系統(tǒng)援藏工作取得突出成績(jī),就業(yè)援藏成效明顯,社會(huì)保障補(bǔ)助力度加大,干部人才援藏進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng),干部職工工資水平有較大提升,基本公共服務(wù)建設(shè)步伐加快。
[Abstract]:On August 22, 2016, the Ministry of Human and Social Affairs held in Lhasa a forum on the work of assisting Tibet with the counterpart of the national people's social system, summing up the results and experience of the work of human society in assisting Tibet since the Fifth Central Symposium on Tibetan work. To promote the implementation of the spirit of the sixth Central Committee Symposium on Tibetan work and to study and deploy the work of systematic assistance to Tibet by the people's Society. Vice Minister of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Group of the Ministry of people's and Society, Yin Weimin, former secretary of the Tibet Autonomous region Party Committee, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Human and Social Affairs, Director of the State Civil Service Bureau, letter Changxing, and relevant leaders of the Tibet Autonomous region attended the meeting. Since the fifth session of the Central Committee on Tibetan work, outstanding achievements have been made in the work of assisting Tibet systematically by the people's Society, with remarkable results in employment and assistance to Tibet, an increase in social security subsidies, further strengthening of assistance to Tibet by cadres and talented persons, and a considerable increase in the wage level of cadres and workers. The pace of construction of basic public services was accelerated.
