【摘要】：中國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)狀緩慢一直是造成我國農(nóng)村發(fā)展緩慢重要原因,本文通過對中國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)狀以及流轉(zhuǎn)緩慢的原因進(jìn)行分析,對于流轉(zhuǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行總結(jié),再結(jié)合我國農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)的瓶頸,提出加快土地流轉(zhuǎn)規(guī)范化、信息化管理、依法推進(jìn)農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)、加大農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)政策法規(guī)宣傳力度、建立完善農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)金融服務(wù)體系等措施能夠有效的推動(dòng)中國農(nóng)村土地改革,對中國農(nóng)村集體土地資本化、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展都具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The slow transfer of rural land in China has been an important reason for the slow development of rural areas in China. This paper analyzes the current situation of rural land circulation in China and the reasons for the slow circulation, and summarizes the problems in the process of circulation. Combined with the bottleneck of rural land circulation in our country, the paper puts forward to accelerate the standardization and information management of land circulation, to promote rural land circulation according to law, and to increase the propaganda of rural land circulation policies and regulations. Establishing and perfecting the financial service system of rural land circulation and other measures can effectively promote the rural land reform in China, which has important theoretical significance and applied value to the capitalization of rural collective land, modern agriculture and the overall development of urban and rural areas.
