【摘要】：正浙江省臺(tái)州市椒江區(qū)現(xiàn)有人口52.7萬(wàn),60歲以上老年人9.26萬(wàn),遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)聯(lián)合國(guó)10%的老齡化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其中農(nóng)村老年人6.82萬(wàn)人,占全區(qū)老年人口的73.7%。長(zhǎng)期形成的城鄉(xiāng)二元社會(huì)保障體制,使農(nóng)村老人在喪失勞動(dòng)力后生活缺乏保障,同時(shí)大量農(nóng)村青壯年人口流向城市,傳統(tǒng)家庭養(yǎng)老服務(wù)功能日趨弱化,農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)資源十分匱
[Abstract]:The current population of Jiaojiang District in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, is 92600 people over 60 years of age, which far exceeds the United Nations aging standard of 10%. Among them, there are 68200 elderly people in rural areas, accounting for 73.7% of the total elderly population in the whole area. The long-term formation of the urban-rural dual social security system makes the rural old people lack of security after losing their labor force, and at the same time, a large number of rural young and middle-aged people flow to cities, and the traditional family pension service function is weakening day by day.
