【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)哲學(xué)是研究產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)生、發(fā)展及其一般規(guī)律的學(xué)說,既能總結(jié)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史,又為產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來指明了方向。豐田生產(chǎn)方式(豐田制)是繼“泰勒制”或“福特制”之后又一個(gè)具有代表性的先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)方式,這一生產(chǎn)方式至今仍舊是制造業(yè)的典范。站在產(chǎn)業(yè)哲學(xué)的視角去分析豐田生產(chǎn)方式具有重要意義。從理論層面上,可以豐富和發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)哲學(xué)關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)和產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)化理論。從實(shí)踐層面上,研究豐田生產(chǎn)方式進(jìn)化發(fā)展的規(guī)律性可以促進(jìn)我國制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,為我國制造業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)并實(shí)現(xiàn)智能生產(chǎn)提供借鑒。首先,該文闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)哲學(xué)興起的背景、研究現(xiàn)狀與主要觀點(diǎn),指出機(jī)器是產(chǎn)業(yè)得以存在的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),而制度是產(chǎn)業(yè)得以演進(jìn)的社會(huì)保障,豐田生產(chǎn)方式就是以流水線為物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)的產(chǎn)業(yè)制度革命。其次,對(duì)豐田生產(chǎn)方式的產(chǎn)業(yè)哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了解讀,指出豐田生產(chǎn)方式的思想核心就是“精益生產(chǎn)”。并且,基于產(chǎn)業(yè)哲學(xué)的視角分析了傳統(tǒng)豐田生產(chǎn)方式的弊端和落后的根本原因。第三,結(jié)合當(dāng)今世界最先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)方式即“智能制造”研究了豐田生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)問題,指出“智能創(chuàng)新”是豐田生產(chǎn)方式的未來走向。豐田生產(chǎn)方式的進(jìn)化為傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)指明了方向。最后,以傳統(tǒng)豐田生產(chǎn)方式的改造為借鑒,分析和解決我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)改造問題,為實(shí)現(xiàn)我國制造業(yè)的個(gè)性化和智能化生產(chǎn)方式,為打造中國制造2025提供思路和案例。該文運(yùn)用了案例分析法、文獻(xiàn)分析法和比較分析法,以產(chǎn)業(yè)哲學(xué)的視角研究了豐田生產(chǎn)方式的歷史貢獻(xiàn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,站在全球制造業(yè)朝向智能化生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)變的大背景下,對(duì)豐田生產(chǎn)方式的改造升級(jí)以及對(duì)中國制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式的未來影響做出了深入分析。
[Abstract]:Industrial philosophy is a theory that studies the occurrence, development and general law of industry, which can summarize the history of industry development and point out the direction of industry future. Toyota production mode (Toyota system) is another representative advanced production mode after "Taylor system" or "Ford system", which is still the model of manufacturing industry. It is of great significance to analyze Toyota production mode from the perspective of industrial philosophy. Theoretically, it can enrich and develop the theory of industrial structure optimization and industrial evolution. On the practical level, studying the regularity of the evolution and development of Toyota production mode can promote the adjustment of manufacturing industry structure in China, and provide reference for the optimization and upgrading of our manufacturing industry and the realization of intelligent production. First of all, this paper expounds the background of the rise of industrial philosophy, the research status quo and main viewpoints, points out that machine is the material basis of industry, and institution is the social security of industry evolution. Toyota production mode is the industrial system revolution based on assembly line. Secondly, it interprets the industrial philosophy foundation of Toyota production mode, and points out that the core of Toyota production mode is lean production. In addition, based on the perspective of industrial philosophy, the disadvantages of traditional Toyota production and the root causes of backwardness are analyzed. Thirdly, combining with the most advanced mode of production in the world, "intelligent manufacturing", this paper studies the transformation and upgrading of Toyota production mode, and points out that "intelligent innovation" is the future trend of Toyota production mode. The evolution of Toyota production mode has pointed out the direction for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry. Finally, based on the transformation of traditional Toyota mode of production, this paper analyzes and solves the problem of upgrading and reforming the industrial structure of our country, in order to realize the individualized and intelligent production mode of our manufacturing industry, and to provide the train of thought and case for building the 2025 made in China. In this paper, case analysis, literature analysis and comparative analysis are used to study the historical contribution and practical problems of Toyota production mode from the perspective of industrial philosophy. The transformation and upgrading of Toyota production mode and its future impact on Chinese manufacturing production mode are analyzed.
