【摘要】：“國家/企業(yè)保險(xiǎn)”制度是歷史的必然產(chǎn)物,受傳統(tǒng)的社會(huì)保障制度的限制,無法摸清用人單位和個(gè)人社保的參保情況,也很難統(tǒng)計(jì)出部分人不愿、不便參保的原因。進(jìn)入信息時(shí)代,Internet技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,上述問題不再成為難題。沈陽全民參保登記系統(tǒng)是為了滿足社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)覆蓋全社會(huì)相關(guān)人群為目標(biāo),通過核實(shí)信息、逐戶調(diào)查、統(tǒng)一管理數(shù)據(jù)以及實(shí)時(shí)更新數(shù)據(jù)等措施,對(duì)沈陽市各類社會(huì)群體參加社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)情況進(jìn)行登記、核實(shí)和統(tǒng)一規(guī)范管理,從而推動(dòng)城鄉(xiāng)居民全民、全面和可持續(xù)參加社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的專項(xiàng)管理系統(tǒng)。本文主要基于Web技術(shù)研發(fā)的沈陽全民參保登記系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)站。在系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)站開發(fā)過程中采用了關(guān)于網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)與制作和建立動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)站的幾種相關(guān)技術(shù),如HTML5+CSS3、JSP、SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫等。本文從系統(tǒng)的需求分析來確定了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。在總體系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中,分析了系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫和數(shù)據(jù)庫表格的設(shè)計(jì)過程。通過對(duì)個(gè)人登記、街道/社區(qū)人員、管理員等功能模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)過程介紹,完成了該系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)的闡述。最后通過系統(tǒng)的測試結(jié)果分析,顯示該系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀況。該系統(tǒng)分析了全民參保登記系統(tǒng)的主要功能需求,提出了業(yè)務(wù)流程化、對(duì)象化的應(yīng)用分層設(shè)計(jì)理念。沈陽全民參保登記系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)基于Java開發(fā)的JSP+Servlet+Java Bean開發(fā)模式,遵循MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式。該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了參保登記系統(tǒng)所需要的相關(guān)模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)了包含設(shè)計(jì)各個(gè)部分所需要完成的主要功能�；赪eb技術(shù)開發(fā)的網(wǎng)站模式管理系統(tǒng)采用Browser/Server的訪問存取技術(shù),使系統(tǒng)具有很好的功能性、可靠性、易用性、可維護(hù)性和可移植性。
[Abstract]:The system of "state / enterprise insurance" is an inevitable outcome of history. Limited by the traditional social security system, it is impossible to find out the situation of social security insurance of employers and individuals, and it is difficult to find out the reasons why some people are unwilling and inconvenient to participate in the insurance. With the rapid development of Internet technology in the information age, these problems are no longer difficult. The Shenyang National Insurance Registration system aims to meet the goal of social insurance coverage of all social related groups, through verification of information, house-to-door investigation, unified management of data and real-time updating of data, and so on. It is necessary to register, verify and standardize the social insurance participation of various social groups in Shenyang, so as to promote a special management system for all urban and rural residents to participate in social insurance in an all-round and sustainable manner. This paper mainly based on Web technology research and development of Shenyang National Insurance Registration system website. In the course of the development of the system website, several related technologies about the design and manufacture of the website and the establishment of the dynamic website are adopted, such as HTML5 CSS3JSPO SQL Server2008 database and so on. In this paper, the design goal of the system is determined from the requirement analysis of the system, and the planning of the main function modules of the system is described in detail. In the overall system design, the organization structure of the main functional modules of the system, the design process of the system background database and database table are analyzed. Through the introduction of personal registration, street / community personnel, administrator and other functional modules, the detailed design of the system is described. Finally, the test results of the system are analyzed to show the running status of the system. The system analyzes the main functional requirements of the universal participation registration system, and puts forward the application hierarchical design concept of business process and objectification. Shenyang National Insurance Registration system designed a JSP Servlet Java Bean development model based on Java, followed the MVC design pattern. The system designed the relevant modules needed for the registration system, and realized the main functions of each part of the design. The website mode management system based on Web technology adopts the access and access technology of Browser/Server, which makes the system have good function, reliability, ease of use, maintainability and portability.
