中小學教師職稱評審探索業(yè)績導向

【摘要】:正注重考查教師教書育人的工作業(yè)績和實際貢獻,不將論文作為限制性條件,探索以教案、研究報告、工作總結等教學成果替代論文要求。日前,人力資源和社會保障部辦公廳、教育部辦公廳聯(lián)合印發(fā)通知,對2017年度中小學教師職稱評審工作提出具體要求。通知要求,對長期在農村和艱苦邊遠地區(qū)工作的中小學教師,可放寬學歷要求,不作論文、職稱外語和計
[Abstract]:This paper is not regarded as a restrictive condition, and teaching results such as teaching plan, research report, work summary and other teaching results are used to replace the paper requirements. A few days ago, the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the General Office of the Ministry of Education jointly issued a circular requesting the job title evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers in 2017. The circular requires that primary and secondary school teachers who have long worked in rural and difficult remote areas may relax their academic qualifications and do not write papers, titles, or plans for foreign languages.
