【摘要】：利用湖北省傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)441戶農(nóng)戶問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù),采用logit模型,對(duì)影響農(nóng)戶土地流轉(zhuǎn)的因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,年齡、職業(yè)、健康狀況、家庭總收入、種植業(yè)收入比重、農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力人數(shù)、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、產(chǎn)權(quán)穩(wěn)定性等因素對(duì)土地流轉(zhuǎn)有顯著影響。提高農(nóng)村居民素質(zhì),促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,健全土地流轉(zhuǎn)服務(wù)平臺(tái),完善農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障體系可以有效地促進(jìn)土地流轉(zhuǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire data of 441 peasant households in traditional agricultural areas of Hubei Province, the factors affecting the land circulation of farmers were analyzed by using logit model. The results showed that the factors such as age, occupation, health status, family income, proportion of crop income, agricultural labor force, regional economic development level, property rights stability and so on had significant effects on land circulation. Improving the quality of rural residents, promoting regional economic development, perfecting land circulation service platform and perfecting rural social security system can effectively promote land circulation.
