【摘要】：我國目前農(nóng)村人口占全國人口比重大,近年來青壯勞動(dòng)力不斷從農(nóng)村流入城市,因此農(nóng)村老齡化現(xiàn)象較城市嚴(yán)重,農(nóng)村老齡化問題對我國社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響是多方位的,從宏觀上講它阻礙了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,影響社會(huì)保障制度,從微觀上講沖擊了傳統(tǒng)的家庭養(yǎng)老模式,由此引發(fā)了老年人的居住問題。目前農(nóng)村社區(qū)發(fā)展如火如茶,農(nóng)村社區(qū)是一種新的居住模式,它通過村村合并擴(kuò)容,資源整合,統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃而形成,在農(nóng)村社區(qū)中建設(shè)老年公寓,由社區(qū)和子女共同承擔(dān)管理老年人的責(zé)任成為解決農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老問題的一個(gè)行之有效的辦法。但是目前我國對于農(nóng)村集體養(yǎng)老建筑的重視不夠,對于交往空間的研究更是停留于初級層面,這樣的養(yǎng)老建筑交往空間設(shè)計(jì)理念陳舊,形式單一,單純從建設(shè)方面入手,而非從老年人自身需求出發(fā),無法滿足老年人交往需求。本論文以居住于山東省濱州市鄒平縣農(nóng)村社區(qū)老年公寓老年人為研究對象,從其生理特征、心理特征和行為特征出發(fā),調(diào)研和考察老年人對老年公寓各個(gè)交往空間的滿意度,以期總結(jié)出利于老年人日常交流、開展活動(dòng)的交往空間設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)模式,為農(nóng)村老年人提供優(yōu)良的交往平臺,提升老年人晚年生活品質(zhì)。本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié)放在農(nóng)村社區(qū)老年公寓內(nèi)部及外部交往空間的系統(tǒng)研究上,根據(jù)內(nèi)外空間的特征屬性和私密程度,將空間分為私密空間、模糊空間和公共空間三個(gè)類型,并總結(jié)了各個(gè)空間的構(gòu)成要素和設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),為老年公寓交往空間的設(shè)計(jì)提供一些必要的參考,探索出有助于提高老年人生活質(zhì)量和改善居住環(huán)境的人性化居住場所。
[Abstract]:At present, the rural population accounts for a large proportion of the population in our country. In recent years, the young and strong labor force has been flowing into the city from the countryside, so the phenomenon of rural aging is more serious than that of the city, and the problem of the aging in the countryside has a multi-directional impact on the social development of our country. Macroscopically, it hinders the development of economy, affects the social security system, impacts on the traditional family old-age support model from the microscopic point of view, and thus leads to the living problems of the elderly. At present, the development of rural communities is as hot as tea, and the rural community is a new living mode. It is formed by the amalgamation of villages and villages, the integration of resources, the unified planning, and the construction of apartments for the elderly in rural communities. It is an effective way to solve the problem of providing for the aged by community and children. But at present, our country does not pay enough attention to the rural collective old-age care architecture, and the study of the communication space stays at the primary level. The design concept of the communication space for the aged buildings is old, the form is single, and the only starting point is from the construction aspect. Not from the needs of the elderly, can not meet the communication needs of the elderly. This paper takes the elderly people living in the rural community of Zouping County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province as the research object, starting from their physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics, investigates and investigates the satisfaction of the elderly to the various communication spaces of the apartment. The purpose of this paper is to sum up the main points and design patterns of communication space for the elderly, to provide a good communication platform for the elderly in rural areas, and to improve the quality of life of the elderly in their old age. This paper focuses on the systematic research on the internal and external communication space of the elderly apartment in rural community. According to the characteristic attribute and the private degree of the inner and outer space, the space is divided into three types: private space, fuzzy space and public space. It also summarizes the elements and design points of each space, provides some necessary reference for the design of the communication space for the elderly apartment, and explores the humanized living place which is helpful to improve the quality of life and the living environment of the elderly.
