河南省手足口病患兒家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)調(diào)查

【摘要】：目的了解2011年河南省手足口病流行期間患者的家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)情況。方法 2011年河南省手足口病流行期間,在市、縣兩級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)隨機(jī)選擇手足口病門診病例、住院病例,采用問卷調(diào)查、醫(yī)院收費(fèi)系統(tǒng)查詢及隨訪相結(jié)合的方法,收集患者就醫(yī)的直接及間接費(fèi)用。結(jié)果共調(diào)查手足口病病例470例。門診病例人均花費(fèi)426.72元,輕癥住院病例人均花費(fèi)2 833.87元,重癥住院病例人均花費(fèi)9 196.10元,危重癥住院病例人均花費(fèi)34 543.55元。結(jié)論手足口病重癥和危重癥住院病例給河南省居民帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)十分沉重,尤其是可能直接導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村家庭因病致貧或因病返貧。對(duì)此,一方面應(yīng)繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)手足口病的預(yù)防控制工作力度;另一方面應(yīng)提高醫(yī)療社會(huì)保障的服務(wù)范圍和水平,以達(dá)到減輕手足口病社會(huì)和家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the family economic burden of patients with hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) epidemic in Henan province in 2011. During the epidemic of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Henan province in 2011, in the city, county two medical institutions randomly selected outpatient cases of hand foot and mouth disease, inpatient cases, questionnaire survey, hospital charge system inquiry and follow-up combined method, collect patients Results a total of 470 cases of hand foot and mouth disease were investigated. The per capita cost of outpatient cases was 426.72 yuan, the per capita cost of light disease hospitalized cases was 2833.87 yuan, the cost per capita in severe hospitalization cases was 9196.10 yuan, and the per capita cost of critically ill hospitalized cases was 34543.55 yuan. Conclusion the severe and critical hospitalized cases of hand foot and mouth disease were given to the residents of Henan province. The economic burden is very heavy, especially it may directly cause the rural families to be poor or to return to poverty because of disease. On the one hand, we should continue to strengthen the prevention and control of hand foot and mouth disease; on the other hand, the scope and level of medical social security should be improved so as to reduce the economic burden of the society and family of hand foot and foot disease.
