【摘要】：重慶醫(yī)改的夭折反映了醫(yī)改的復(fù)雜性和影響范圍的廣泛性,"七日醫(yī)改"的終結(jié)不代表醫(yī)改的倒退。重慶后醫(yī)改時(shí)代大勢(shì)所趨,后醫(yī)改的出路需借前車(chē)之鑒:醫(yī)改新政出臺(tái)須堅(jiān)持程序合法;合理疏通公眾維權(quán)渠道,健全社會(huì)保障體系;大眾傳媒應(yīng)把握醫(yī)改報(bào)道話語(yǔ)權(quán)。通過(guò)尋求醫(yī)療體系改革平穩(wěn)推行的突破口,為后醫(yī)改攻堅(jiān)保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:The death of Chongqing medical reform reflects the complexity of medical reform and the wide range of influence. The end of "seven-day medical reform" does not represent the retrogression of medical reform. The way out of the post-medical reform in Chongqing needs to learn from the past: the new policy of medical reform must adhere to the legal procedure; the public should reasonably dredge the channels of public rights protection and perfect the social security system; and the mass media should grasp the right to speak in the medical reform report. By seeking a breakthrough in the smooth implementation of the reform of the medical system, it is necessary to protect the future health care reform.
