【摘要】：正經(jīng)監(jiān)察部部長(zhǎng)辦公會(huì)議、人力資源社會(huì)保障部部務(wù)會(huì)議、住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部常務(wù)會(huì)議、國(guó)家公務(wù)員局局務(wù)會(huì)議審議通過,監(jiān)察部、人力資源社會(huì)保障部和住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部日前公布關(guān)于修改《城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃違法違紀(jì)行為處分辦法》的決定,自公布之日起施行。將原第十五條"在國(guó)家級(jí)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)內(nèi)修建纜車、索道等重大建設(shè)工程,項(xiàng)目的選址方案未經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)主管部門核準(zhǔn),縣級(jí)以上地方人民政府有關(guān)主管部門擅自核發(fā)選址意見書的,對(duì)有
