農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移視域下中國農(nóng)民工生存與發(fā)展問題研究
[Abstract]:The transfer of rural labor force is the inevitable result of industrialization and urbanization. With the implementation of household contract responsibility system in China, the level of rural productivity has been rapidly improved, and a large number of surplus labor force has emerged. Due to the difference between urban and rural areas and the existence of comparative interests, rural surplus labor force began to flood into cities in a large scale. On the one hand, it has made a great contribution to the urbanization and industrialization development of our country. On the other hand, this kind of blind influx also brings the unstable factor to the economic and social development of our country. In view of the important significance of rural labor force transfer in the economic and social development of our country, the author begins the research on the survival and development of migrant workers brought about by the rural labor force transfer. Migrant workers are an important social group in the process of rural labor transfer. According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics in 2013, the total number of migrant workers in China has reached 260 million. The problem of development is bound to be of great importance to the development of economy and society, the transformation of social structure and the construction of harmonious society. With the help of Marx's theory of labor force transfer, this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics and laws of labor force transfer in China, and clarifies the relationship between migrant workers and labor force transfer. On this basis, define the concept of migrant workers, determine the category of the population, compare the intergenerational differences within the group, summarize the characteristics of the crowd, and provide a theoretical basis for the study of the survival and development of migrant workers. Through the investigation data analysis, the literature synthesis reference and so on, the method, as far as possible hierarchical, systematized to find the peasant workers in the social integration, the employment, the social security and the child education four stratification existence question. Through problem finding, cause analysis, the internal and external force of social integration, the "transition" of social security, the "independent", "unified" development direction of social security, and the innovative countermeasures such as the 24 overall planning model of children's education, etc. It provides a new way of thinking and effective way to solve the problem of peasant workers' existence and development from the perspective of rural labor force transfer.
