【摘要】：住房是人的一種基本權(quán)利,是一種基本的社會(huì)保障。保障性住房制度的順利實(shí)施有利于解決中低收入住房困難家庭的住房問(wèn)題,促進(jìn)社會(huì)的和諧與穩(wěn)定。隨著大量保障性住房建設(shè)的竣工,保證其公平分配迫在眉睫,建立健全保障性住房準(zhǔn)入退出制度,是保證公平分配的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Housing is a basic right of human beings and a basic social security. The smooth implementation of the indemnificatory housing system is conducive to solving the housing problems of families with low and middle income housing difficulties and promoting social harmony and stability. With the completion of a large number of affordable housing construction, it is urgent to ensure its fair distribution. It is a key link to ensure fair distribution to establish and improve the entry and exit system of affordable housing.
