F消費(fèi)金融公司發(fā)展問題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:消費(fèi)金融公司在西方發(fā)展了數(shù)百年的時(shí)間,市場相對(duì)成熟。在我國,消費(fèi)金融起步較晚,2009年銀監(jiān)會(huì)發(fā)布《消費(fèi)金融公司試點(diǎn)管理辦法》,消費(fèi)金融在我國正式興起。然而由于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)不均衡,社會(huì)保障體系不健全,居民消費(fèi)觀念相對(duì)落后等原因,消費(fèi)金融在我國的發(fā)展還面臨著諸多困難。本文以F消費(fèi)金融公司為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)公司發(fā)展中面臨的突出問題,以消費(fèi)金融相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),采用實(shí)證分析與規(guī)范分析相結(jié)合的方法,運(yùn)用金融學(xué)、管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等基本理論,結(jié)合筆者從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)公司發(fā)展中面臨的突出問題進(jìn)行深入系統(tǒng)的分析,借鑒國外消費(fèi)金融公司發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出解決問題的對(duì)策建議。首先,本文對(duì)F公司現(xiàn)狀做出分析,剖析公司存在的問題:包括產(chǎn)品單一、市場接受程度低、人力成本高、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控難度大等問題。并運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,從政策支持、信貸產(chǎn)品多樣化需求、市場前景、技術(shù)支持、法律法規(guī)、社會(huì)保障制度等方面分析公司所處外部機(jī)會(huì)和威脅;從人事、產(chǎn)品、市場、企業(yè)文化等方面分析公司內(nèi)部的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。其次,通過對(duì)國外消費(fèi)金融的實(shí)踐分析,總結(jié)國外消費(fèi)金融公司成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn):1)產(chǎn)品提供多元化、產(chǎn)品選擇靈活性;2)目標(biāo)客戶廣泛化;3)分銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)靈活化;4)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化運(yùn)作;5)業(yè)務(wù)審核流程科學(xué)高效;6)發(fā)展速度和規(guī)模不能太快。最后結(jié)合以上對(duì)F公司的分析和國外經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒,探索公司進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,從產(chǎn)品、市場、人事、風(fēng)控等多個(gè)角度提出公司應(yīng)開發(fā)多元化產(chǎn)品、拓展農(nóng)村市場、控制人力成本、充分運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)、運(yùn)用核心系統(tǒng)及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)來應(yīng)對(duì)公司發(fā)展中的問題,為公司進(jìn)一步持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展提供保障。通過以上對(duì)F公司發(fā)展問題的分析研究以及相應(yīng)對(duì)策的提出,旨在為F消費(fèi)金融公司及類似公司的發(fā)展問題提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Consumer finance companies have developed in the West for hundreds of years, and the market is relatively mature. In China, consumer finance started relatively late. In 2009, CBRC issued the "Consumer Finance Company pilot Management measures", and consumer finance officially rose in China. However, the development of consumer finance in our country is still faced with many difficulties because of the imbalance of economic structure, the imperfect social security system, the relatively backward concept of consumption of residents and so on. This paper takes F Consumer Finance Company as the research object, aiming at the outstanding problems in the development of the company, based on the related theory of consumer finance, using the method of combining empirical analysis and normative analysis, using finance and management, Based on the basic theory of economics and the author's experience, this paper makes a deep and systematic analysis of the outstanding problems facing the development of the company, draws lessons from the development experience of foreign consumer finance companies, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of company F, analyzes the existing problems of the company, including a single product, low acceptance of the market, high labor costs, difficult risk management and so on. And using SWOT analysis method, from the policy support, credit product diversification demand, market prospects, technical support, laws and regulations, social security system and other aspects of the company's external opportunities and threats, from personnel, products, markets, Corporate culture and other aspects of the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages within the company. Secondly, through the practical analysis of foreign consumer finance, we summarize the successful experience of foreign consumer finance companies: 1) diversification of products, 2) flexibility of product selection and 3) agility of distribution network; 4) industrialization operation 5) business audit process scientific and efficient 6) development speed and scale can not be too fast. Finally, based on the above analysis of company F and the experience of foreign countries, the countermeasures and suggestions for further development of the company are explored. From the product, market, personnel, wind control and other perspectives, the company should develop diversified products and expand the rural market. To control labor cost, make full use of big data, apply core system and Internet technology to deal with the problems in the development of the company, and provide the guarantee for the company's further sustained and rapid development. Through the above analysis and research on the development of company F and the corresponding countermeasures, the purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the development of F consumer finance company and similar companies.
