【摘要】：鑒于當(dāng)前我國(guó)保障性住房供應(yīng)體系的困境,住宅合作社可以成為保障性住房的一種供應(yīng)形式,以更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)"住有所居"的目標(biāo)。國(guó)外已經(jīng)有將住宅合作社作為保障性住房供應(yīng)主體的范例,而我國(guó)房改過(guò)渡時(shí)期的"住宅合作社"偏于政府主導(dǎo)性,其性質(zhì)并不是真正的合作社。在社會(huì)保障社會(huì)化的理論支持下,我國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)建立新型的保障性住宅合作社制度。
[Abstract]:In view of the current plight of the guarantee housing supply system in China, the residential cooperatives can become a form of supply of affordable housing to better achieve the goal of "living in the house". There are already examples of the housing cooperatives as the main body of the housing supply, while the "housing cooperatives" in the transition period of China's housing reform are biased to the government owners. The nature of guidance is not a real cooperative. With the support of the theory of socialization of social security, China should establish a new system of affordable housing cooperatives.
