【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,對(duì)醫(yī)療服務(wù)的需求也急速增長(zhǎng),“看病難”、“掛號(hào)難”的現(xiàn)象已成為全社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。為有效緩解廣大群眾“看病難”、“掛號(hào)難”等問(wèn)題,破解困擾醫(yī)院傳統(tǒng)的“三長(zhǎng)一短”問(wèn)題,除了繼續(xù)提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的供給能力之外,利用現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)技術(shù),建立一套完善的預(yù)約診療管理信息系統(tǒng),合理有效地整合、利用現(xiàn)有資源,改變現(xiàn)有的就醫(yī)模式、改變?nèi)罕娋歪t(yī)觀念,優(yōu)化服務(wù)流程也是解決這一問(wèn)題的有效途徑之一。本文運(yùn)用軟件工程方法學(xué)理論,從病人實(shí)際就診流程出發(fā),通過(guò)需求分析,體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),系統(tǒng)測(cè)試等詳細(xì)論述了預(yù)約診療管理系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)建過(guò)程。系統(tǒng)基于Mircrosft公司的.NET FrameWork4.5框架開發(fā),采用C/S與B/S相結(jié)合的模式,預(yù)約中心子系統(tǒng)使用ASP.NET技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn),采用網(wǎng)閘技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了排班與號(hào)源統(tǒng)一的管理,完全開放,結(jié)束了各個(gè)服務(wù)商靠人工分號(hào)的歷史,Web展現(xiàn)層采用ASP.NET MVC和j Query EasyUI技術(shù),系統(tǒng)使用微軟公司的MS-SQLServer2005作為數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ),ADO.NET Entity Framework框架實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)；自助服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)則采用.NET Windows Forms技術(shù),通過(guò)Microsoft Enterprise Library組件對(duì)原有Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的訪問(wèn)；系統(tǒng)采用WebService技術(shù)與醫(yī)院現(xiàn)有的HIS、PACS等異構(gòu)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換,使用接口動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接庫(kù)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)與銀行、社保等系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)交互。預(yù)約診療管理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用一方面實(shí)現(xiàn)了醫(yī)院對(duì)現(xiàn)有的資源的有效管理,極大地提高了醫(yī)療資源的利用率,另一方面,患者可以通過(guò)預(yù)約中心系統(tǒng)利用電話、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等方式足不出戶就能完成對(duì)醫(yī)院開發(fā)的醫(yī)療資源進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)約,通過(guò)自助服務(wù)(結(jié)算)系統(tǒng)便可完成付費(fèi)結(jié)算,更加方便了患者的就診過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for medical services has also increased rapidly. The phenomenon of "difficult to see a doctor" and "difficult to register" has become the focus of attention of the whole society. In order to effectively alleviate the problems such as "difficult to see a doctor" and "difficult to register" among the masses, and to solve the problem of "three, long, one short" that beset the hospital tradition, in addition to continuing to improve the supply capacity in the field of medical services, we should make use of modern computer science and technology. One of the effective ways to solve this problem is to establish a set of perfect management information system of appointment diagnosis and treatment, to integrate reasonably and effectively, to use existing resources, to change the current mode of medical treatment, to change the concept of mass medical treatment, and to optimize the service flow. Based on the theory of software engineering methodology, this paper discusses in detail the establishment process of appointment diagnosis and treatment management system by means of requirement analysis, architecture design, detailed design, system test and so on. The system is based on the. Net Framework 4.5 framework of Mircrosft Company. It adopts the mode of combining C / S and B / S, the subsystem of reservation center is realized by ASP. Net technology, and the management of scheduling and number source is realized by the technology of network gate, which is completely open. At the end of the history of each service provider relying on the manual semicolon, the ASP. Net MVC and j query easy UI technology are adopted in the Web presentation layer. The system uses MS SQL Server 2005 as the data storage framework for data storage and ADO.NET entity Framework, while the self service subsystem uses. Net Windows forms technology. The system uses Web Service technology to exchange data with existing isomerous systems such as HIS-PACS, and uses interface dynamic link library to realize data interaction with bank, social security and other systems. On the one hand, the application of appointment diagnosis and treatment management information system realizes the effective management of existing resources in hospitals, and greatly improves the utilization rate of medical resources. On the other hand, patients can use the telephone and the Internet through the appointment center system. Mobile Internet can complete the real-time reservation of medical resources developed by the hospital without leaving the home. Through the self-service (settlement) system, it can complete the payment settlement, which is more convenient for patients to visit the hospital.
