【摘要】：慈善是建立在自愿基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)社會(huì)弱勢(shì)成員、群體的無(wú)私救濟(jì)行為,是對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)保障體系的重要補(bǔ)充。發(fā)展慈善事業(yè)需要的是全社會(huì)的積極參與,營(yíng)造慈善社會(huì)氛圍是必不可少的方式。本文以慈善倫理為視角,從分析其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,并在此基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)解讀當(dāng)前中國(guó)慈善制度的倫理困境、信任危機(jī)等問(wèn)題。提出社會(huì)氛圍的營(yíng)造關(guān)鍵是要解決信任危機(jī)和增強(qiáng)自信�？傊�,在社會(huì)改革和社會(huì)保障改革的大背景下,我們應(yīng)該積極推動(dòng)慈善事業(yè)的發(fā)展,發(fā)揮其"減震器"的作用。
[Abstract]:Charity is an act of selfless relief to social vulnerable members and groups based on voluntary basis, and it is an important supplement to the social security system of our country. The development of charity needs the active participation of the whole society. From the perspective of charity ethics, this paper analyzes the current situation of its development, and on the basis of it, focuses on explaining the ethical dilemma and trust crisis of the current Chinese charity system. The key to create social atmosphere is to solve the crisis of trust and enhance self-confidence. In short, under the background of social reform and social security reform, we should actively promote the development of charity and give play to its "shock absorber" role.
