【摘要】：體育道德是體育活動(dòng)參與者應(yīng)共同遵循的行為規(guī)范,是社會(huì)主義道德體系中不可或缺的組成部分,是中國(guó)體育事業(yè)不斷成長(zhǎng)壯大的重要精神支柱和價(jià)值依托。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,競(jìng)技體育事業(yè)發(fā)展中面臨著較為嚴(yán)重的道德困境,道德失范現(xiàn)象頻發(fā),影響了我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,道德失范已成為現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)體育事業(yè)發(fā)展中亟待解決的問題。全運(yùn)會(huì)賽場(chǎng)的道德失范現(xiàn)象是我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育領(lǐng)域道德失范的一個(gè)縮影,如何應(yīng)對(duì)這些現(xiàn)象,最大限度的預(yù)防、降低甚至消除道德失范現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,是全運(yùn)會(huì)乃至我國(guó)整體體育事業(yè)健康發(fā)展中必須重視并解決的問題。為營(yíng)造一個(gè)和諧的賽事文化發(fā)展氛圍,本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、邏輯分析法及案例分析法等研究方法,結(jié)合近5屆全運(yùn)會(huì)的相關(guān)比賽錄像和媒體新聞,對(duì)近5屆全運(yùn)會(huì)賽場(chǎng)道德失范現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了分析,探索導(dǎo)致道德失范現(xiàn)象頻發(fā)的深層原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上探尋全運(yùn)會(huì)賽場(chǎng)道德失范的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,為促進(jìn)全運(yùn)會(huì)賽場(chǎng)乃至整個(gè)體育事業(yè)良好有序的賽場(chǎng)環(huán)境的形成提供有價(jià)值的理論借鑒,推動(dòng)我國(guó)體育事業(yè)朝著健康的方向發(fā)展。研究表明,頻發(fā)的全運(yùn)會(huì)賽場(chǎng)道德失范現(xiàn)象是內(nèi)因與外因共同作用的結(jié)果。從外部因素看,社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與體育道德建設(shè)不平衡導(dǎo)致社會(huì)道德水平下降、競(jìng)技體育文化的迷失與“金牌至上”價(jià)值認(rèn)同的壓力等,是全運(yùn)會(huì)賽場(chǎng)道德失范現(xiàn)象頻發(fā)的社會(huì)源頭;從內(nèi)部因素看,我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育管理、運(yùn)行體系不完善是全運(yùn)會(huì)道德失范現(xiàn)象的根源,競(jìng)技體育商業(yè)化的利益驅(qū)動(dòng)是道德失范現(xiàn)象的直接誘因,競(jìng)技體育特性及制度不健全為道德失范提供了可乘之機(jī),懲治不力、法律銜接不暢等降低了道德失范行為的成本,運(yùn)動(dòng)員社會(huì)保障制度不完善及薪酬、激勵(lì)制度的缺陷、競(jìng)技體育教育的錯(cuò)位等都是導(dǎo)致體育道德失范頻發(fā)的重要原因。針對(duì)上述問題,提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略:從外部對(duì)策看,要建立社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)相適應(yīng)的道德體系,重視體育文化建設(shè),營(yíng)造良好的人文氛圍;從內(nèi)部對(duì)策看,要完善競(jìng)技體育的管理體制及運(yùn)行機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步加快體育法規(guī)、制度的建設(shè)進(jìn)程;加強(qiáng)對(duì)全運(yùn)會(huì)賽程全過程的監(jiān)督力度和對(duì)賽場(chǎng)道德失范行為的懲治力度,完善運(yùn)動(dòng)員的社會(huì)保障及薪酬激勵(lì)制度,加強(qiáng)對(duì)體育工作者的道德教育。
[Abstract]:Sports morality is a standard of conduct that should be followed by the participants in sports activities, an indispensable part of the socialist moral system, and an important spiritual pillar and value support for the continuous growth and expansion of Chinese sports undertakings. At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, the development of competitive sports is facing a serious moral dilemma, the phenomenon of frequent moral anomie affects the healthy development of competitive sports in China. Moral anomie has become a problem to be solved in the development of sports in our country. The phenomenon of moral anomie in the National Games is a microcosm of moral anomie in the field of competitive sports in China. How to deal with these phenomena, to prevent them to the greatest extent, to reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of the phenomenon of moral anomie, It is a problem that must be paid attention to and solved in the healthy development of the national games and the whole sports cause of our country. In order to create a harmonious atmosphere for the cultural development of the sports events, this paper combines the research methods of literature, interview, logic analysis and case analysis, and combines the relevant competition videos and media news of the recent 5 National Games. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of moral anomie in the last 5 ~ (th) National Games, explores the deep reasons that lead to the frequent occurrence of the phenomenon, and on this basis, probes into the countermeasures of the "moral anomie" in the National Games. In order to promote the formation of a good and orderly athletic field environment in the National Games and even the whole sports career, it can provide valuable theoretical reference and promote the development of sports industry in China towards a healthy direction. The study shows that the phenomenon of frequent moral anomie in the National Games is the result of internal and external causes. From the external factors, the imbalance between the development of socialist market economy and the construction of sports morality leads to the decline of social moral level, the loss of competitive sports culture and the pressure of "gold medal supremacy" value identity, etc. It is the social source of the frequent phenomenon of moral anomie in the National Games, and from the perspective of internal factors, the imperfect management and running system of competitive sports in China are the root causes of the phenomenon of moral anomie in the National Games. The benefit drive of the commercialization of competitive sports is the direct inducement of the phenomenon of moral anomie. The imperfection of competitive sports characteristics and system provides an opportunity for moral anomie, the punishment is weak, the legal cohesion is not smooth, and so on, which reduces the cost of moral anomie. The imperfection of athletes' social security system, the defects of salary, incentive system, and the dislocation of sports education are the important reasons for the frequent loss of sports morality. In view of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: from the external countermeasures, we should establish a moral system adapted to the socialist market economy, attach importance to the construction of sports culture, create a good humanistic atmosphere, and look at the internal countermeasures, It is necessary to improve the management system and operational mechanism of competitive sports, further speed up the process of construction of sports laws and regulations, strengthen the supervision of the whole process of the National Games and punish the moral misconduct in the field. Improve athletes' social security and salary incentive system, strengthen the moral education of sports workers.
