【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國大力發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。幾十年以來,國家大力發(fā)展第二產(chǎn)業(yè),進(jìn)行工業(yè)建設(shè),但是忽視了第三產(chǎn)業(yè)即廣義上的服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,造成了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不合理,因此,國家開始有意識(shí)的進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化改革,電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域?qū)⒊蔀槲覈碌慕?jīng)濟(jì)和就業(yè)增長點(diǎn),但是,作為電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域中很重要的網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)人員的社會(huì)保障制度還未建立,所以我們應(yīng)該對(duì)這一人群的社會(huì)保障問題予以重點(diǎn)的關(guān)注,建立適合他們的社會(huì)保障制度,起到促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)的作用。本文通過與美國網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)業(yè)人員社會(huì)保障體系相比較,對(duì)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳也人員社會(huì)保障的建立提出對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, our country vigorously develops the economy, the industrial structure also produces the corresponding adjustment with the economic development. For several decades, the state has vigorously developed the secondary industry and carried out industrial construction, but it has neglected the development of the tertiary industry, that is, the service industry in a broad sense, resulting in an unreasonable industrial structure. The country begins to carry on the industrial structure optimization reform consciously, the electronic commerce domain will become our country's new economic and the employment growth point, but, As an important social security system in the field of electronic commerce, the social security system for network enterprisers has not yet been established, so we should focus on the social security problems of this group and establish a social security system suitable for them. Play a role in promoting network entrepreneurship employment. By comparing with the social security system of American network entrepreneurs, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the establishment of social security for internet entrepreneurs in our country.
