【摘要】：正作為供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要內(nèi)容之一,降成本已得到社會各界的廣泛重視。從總體形勢來看,降成本任務(wù)很重,各種推高成本的因素廣泛存在。因此,需要在認(rèn)清形勢的基礎(chǔ)之上,激發(fā)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)造力,充分發(fā)揮財(cái)政的作用。降成本的總體形勢(一)人工成本從總體上看,企業(yè)的用工成本在持續(xù)上升。我國自2000年以來就進(jìn)入了老齡化社會。全國1%人口抽樣調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,2015年我國總和生育率僅為
[Abstract]:As one of the important contents of the structural reform of the supply side, the cost reduction has been paid more and more attention from all walks of life. From the general situation, the cost reduction task is very heavy and various factors of pushing the cost are widely available. Therefore, it is necessary to arouse the creativity of the enterprise and give full play to the role of the Finance on the basis of the situation. As a whole, the cost of labor is rising continuously. China has entered an aging society since 2000. The national 1% population sampling survey shows that the total fertility rate in China in 2015 is only the same.
