【摘要】：湖南省桃江縣屬于我國中西部很多欠發(fā)達地區(qū),經(jīng)濟發(fā)展滯后,財政入不敷出,改善民生的投入主要依靠上級的支持,特別是一些民生項目未發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的效益、群眾收入增加的門路狹窄、社會保障標準較低、教育醫(yī)療等公共服務(wù)亟需優(yōu)化等問題突出。文章在深入調(diào)研、分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對性這些地提出了四項建議:科學(xué)統(tǒng)籌,強化監(jiān)管;富民優(yōu)先,搭建平臺;加大投入,提高標準;優(yōu)化隊伍,提升服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Taojiang County in Hunan Province belongs to many underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions of our country, with its economic development lagging behind and its financial income overstretched. The investment in improving the people's livelihood mainly depends on the support of its superiors, especially some livelihood projects that have not brought into full play the benefits that they should have. Public services such as education and medical care need to be optimized. On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward four suggestions: scientific coordination, strengthening supervision, rich people first, building platform, increasing investment, improving standards, optimizing the team and improving service.
