【摘要】：在我國社會保障制度改革中事業(yè)單位養(yǎng)老保險改革占據(jù)了重要的地位,從某種角度分析,我國事業(yè)單位養(yǎng)老保險改革是順應時代發(fā)展的主要途徑與方式,需要在社會公平視角下完成,只有這樣才能真正處理好事業(yè)單位之間及內(nèi)部不同群體之間的利益均衡,才能維護好社會群體之間的公平性與公正性。在本篇文章中筆者從多個方面展開分析與討論,深刻探究了事業(yè)單位養(yǎng)老保險改革的社會公平化視角。
[Abstract]:The reform of pension insurance in institutions occupies an important position in the reform of social security system in our country. From a certain angle, the reform of pension insurance in institutions in China is the main way and way to adapt to the development of the times. It needs to be completed from the perspective of social equity. Only in this way can we really handle the balance of interests between institutions and different groups within the institution and maintain the fairness and fairness among social groups. In this article, the author analyzes and discusses from many aspects, and probes deeply into the perspective of social equity in the reform of pension insurance in institutions.
